Definitely would love to see a podcast with Casey! Also my kids are 2 and 3 1/2 and I’m just getting to the point of trying to find myself outside of motherhood because I’ve definitely lost myself in that. It’s just so consuming when they’re babies! And even when they’re young like mine it’s still hard to find myself outside that role. I’ve been trying to do more things for me but it’s still such a hard balance to find!

Balance that is a great subject! There is really no balance unless you are on a schedule, the closer you are to doing the same thing is a balance that is usually boring because it’s the same thing day after day but going off the beaten path is usually fun and exiting but oops no balance lol this is the truth I have found out,so back to square one 1️⃣ we ask our selves what is balance? That I believe is when we are the most happy and content I truly believe that

I think sunscreen isn’t recommended till babies are 6 or 10 months old cause their skin is so porous and the ingredients in the sunscreen absorbed into the baby
