The formation thing is crazy. My wife and I got the ultimate edition last week and she got to play the game while I was at work. The literal first texts she texted was she couldn't make her ideal formation. Same when I finally took a stab at it. I just did Wing Play, then made everyone basically roam in the green areas on the map. So far so good, but you will need to break it to make it work the way you want to play.

If you plug in a second controller, you can make sure the team you’re playing against puts out their best players, and when the game starts just turn off the second controller

Episodes are so short. I just get into the game and then boom, another draw! I wanted that last minute winner, bad!

When siming games like the west ham one. Keep an eye on their match rating to determine how well they're doing in the match

Trust me Timbers class at CB just play him there when Gabi or Saliba are tired, get him plenty of game time he turns into a beast! + he’s pretty good already

The gameplay has so much potential this year!! Seriously the AI need to score more though. All youtubers I watch are barely conceding, Same on my own career mode. It's hurting the immersion. An the youth glitches with low heading accuracy and diving stats for keepers is ridiculous. Hope the patch improves things 🙏

I would get Duran at Aston Villa and maybe kudus as a saka backup or competition for martinelli also look at Carlos baleba for a Thomas partey replacement

You should try to put saka as an inside forward and attack because he doesn't get involved in goals much

Hey guys! I’m feeling good about career mode this year and very much looking forward to them smoothing things out in a day 1 patch. I am currently playing on the “simulation” mode for AI and like the slower pace and weight it gives the game. However there’s a couple of things that I’m finding to be very off. Do any of you find that when you’re sprinting with players on/off the ball it just feels like they’re not getting up to a full sprint at all? Also the runs the AI make on the wings are non existent as well. Hopefully these get fixed soon

I always play on 6 mins. I just feel like 5 mins is too short, and that’s an obvious reason why there’s so few goals. Increasing to six would lead to more goals for and against, and it’s just more fun, not to mention, more realistic. Just look at City and Liverpool there in comparision, 32 and 35 goals altogether vs. 18…

Brother you take too long to shoot once in the box, playing at higher difficulty you gotta shoot first time sometimes and less of finesse shots unless the player has a play style or a high shooting stat

Need to improve your game play… defending is so bad you bring saliba and Gabriel out of position way too much and attacking you miss so many passes when players are open. Love the series but can be painful to watch sometimes

Have you tried tactical view when siming a game. Just change camera view.. its a better experience then watching them dots

Doesn’t it get a bit frustrating? I get you want it to be realistic but if playing Legendary makes it too difficult to put a goal past Shakhtar then what are you doing? Maybe adjust the sliders a tad to make it more enjoyable for you
