Hey, I know habits like that are not easy to break! I used pick at my skin till it bled, like- A LOT. Eventually I broke the habit, but it takes time. You got this!

i had that habit once! 😖 here some advice👍: i ate something (especially sunflowers) whenever i realized i ate my skin 🤫 but u gotta try this if u don’t mind getting a few clories 😑 ( u can go do a manicure? too) it fixed my fingers but i ate them again lmao

Oh I do that my fingernails are half the size of what a normal person would call short nails also I’ve gotten a bit better because I got some fidget stuff it may be cringe or whatever to some people but I recommend you try it it’s helped he a lot and it relieves stress and anxiety soooooo yeah
