Assalamu Alaikum. I know a lot of people in the real estate business, and it’s difficult to buy a house, not only because of the economy, but because there’s not enough houses on the market to buy. The only people who are able to buy are those who have cash on hand, and are willing to pay more than the market value. You also have hedge fund companies who are buying up property too, so it makes it more difficult to buy. My advice would be to wait. I know you want all of these nice things, but in the end, In sha Allāh, you’ll have them when it’s most beneficial for you. You can always rent space at a studio to do your content in the meantime. I pray that things work out for you and your family.

Assalamualaikum Zahraa! I would say there are a couple things to consider: 1. ask a scholar and take their opinion into account 2. be careful about riba (interest) and do your research 3. if you are ready to buy and have the money go for it! but take into account the inflation 4. make dua and talk to Allah. you can make istikhara after putting your bid or trying to settle on a house

Hello. In my opinion, a house will not resolve everything, especially if you live in it and the next year, you realize that you don't like it, and it brings you a lot of anxiety, more than the hapiness that you thaught you'd get when you bought that house. This is my current situation, so if I had a chance to go back in time, I would have rented the house that I want to buy and try it fo 4 seasons, it will allow you to see how it goes throughout the year. Wishing you best of luck.

I hope you are able to make the best decision for your family in terms of moving and buying a house inshallah! You should journal about it, make a few pros and cons lists about it, do some research about the current housing market and any house options you are considering, pray istikhara about it and inshallah you will make the right decision for your finances and your family❤️

Asalamu alaykum, Sis I wanna tell u that this is not a good idea getting loans is really much harambc ik it my mom is a online scholar but if u have no choice the only thing u can do is make dua from Allah after doing it and then Inshaallah Allah will forgive u but it's better if u don't do it I’m warning u but it’s ur choice tbh,I hope Allah leads u to the right thing anyways thank u for ur time and I hope u understand Allahhafiz!

My siblings and I sold my parents' house last year, and it really is a seller's market. Sometimes, you can find a rent to own house deal which can be more affordable. Fixer upper opportunities are cheaper but you have to watch because you can really lose your shirt on the renovations. If you don't know a good contractor who has that ability to look at a house and gauge pricing of renovations well, then DO NOT try it.

If u have enough money then pray istikhara and leave it to allah if u don’t then get patient and wait and allah inshallah will give u better than u expected BUT u said that its bad bcz the economy is bad so in my opinion u can stay at ur home a year or two until the economy gets better or u save more money and say alhamdulilah some ppl wish for a ceiling or a bed or a kitchen anyways do whatever u wanna do wish all the best for u sister ربنا معاكى❤️

Personally speaking sister , you should broaden your horizons and go to places that treat you the best , what i mean by that is look international , i honestly believe the collective west is going downhill fast and its not a place of prosperity or a future, i know many will say im just promoting selling out of ones place, I'm born and raised in the west but i can tell you that the writings on the wall , there's many more places in the world that are more human more livable more accepting and more financially easier with all the trappings of western standards. Once you start thinking along those lines these issues will become opportunities

salam alaikum sister @Zahraa Berro, I hope you're doing great! In my humble opinion, you shouldn't make an emotional decision to buy/finance a house but rather a rational/lagical decision. I urge you visit your local Muslim community or an Islamic center regarding this matter where you can meet and consult a Muslim realtor who has a good experience in the real estate market. Secondly, I request that you make contents on mental health. Today in the West, many Muslim teenagers and young adults are dealing with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. If you could make such videos, we would really appreciate.

Salam Zahra, I think that if you really need the house and you can afford it you shouldn’t look for reasons not to buy it , like we say in french «fonce » meaning like « go get it girl » and InshaAllah you will find the one that suits you, just have faith and continue doing the visits and searching then one will surely catch your eye sooner or later InshaAllah. ❤️

As a realtor if you want to rent and stand out offer to pay a few months up front if possible! It works I had a client with bad credit and she got the place because of that!
