As a canadian, I saw Tommy finish 2nd to Nick Taylor in our national Open. It would be poetic for him to come back sometime and win it. He would be embraced by canadian fans as our champion. Go get 'em Tommy.
Seeing how happy Tommy is to medal at the Olympics shows you exactly why money isn't everything. When money isn't even part of the conversation, it brings out the best in people.
Tommy as humble as he is, on the 17. he should not have chipped from that lie, should have played it differently/safe get a par and go into playoff with Scheffler. Lot of people knock him for not winning on the PGA, but he’s a true champion and achieved a lot. All the best.
No offense as an American I'm so sad Tommy didn't win today, he has been fighting so hard the last few years for a win. I'm glad he's proud of silver but he's got a heart of gold
Tommy and Scottie making team Taylormade look great! I hope they make some fun videos about their medals at the Kingdom. Probably will see some marketing about gold and silver soon lol. Congrats Tommy!
