Tanzanians by nature are calm, polite, friendly and welcoming unless you mess up with them. They are guided by the philosophy of UJAMAA (brotherhood philosophy) which was introduced by the founder of the nation, Mwalimu Nyerere. Somebody is born are raised in that philosophy.
