If he was representing Joshua he’d be the same as Hearn Fair play to Bob he’s still in the game at this age but it just highlights the sport will always be an old boys club. The thing with usyk getting that body shot from Dubois is, if the ref started counting i am pretty sure Usyk would have got up, run for the rest of the round, and survived. Usyk just played it clever, and took as much time as pssible, more to take the rhythm of the fight away from Dubois, than to recover.

I agree, Usyk took 5 minutes because he was allowed to & wanted to make sure he was fully recovered, if the ref started counting he’d have forced himself up, maybe he’d have got dropped again, who knows, but I don’t know why people act like it was a robbery.

When have you ever seen a championship fight where the champion sits on the floor for 5 minutes for them to call it a low blow and have no points deducted. The fact you say “you dont know why” just screams you know exactly why you just ride the bandwagon.

@@Shaunymac10 it wasn’t a robbery because it was low for a start, & we don’t know if Usyk would have stayed down or not.. he was allowed 5 minutes as is the rules, & he made the most of that time.. Dubois wasn’t deducted a point as he hadn’t been warned beforehand & it wasn’t deliberate, most refs give warnings first before going straight to a deduction.

There was NEVER a stand out heavyweight in this era until Usyk came along! Fury and Wilder did a good job of conning the public into believing there were the best and AJ was always vulnerable. That's the beauty of this era there's so much competition don't be surprised if Dubois gets chinned in his next fight. Turki is exposing EVERYONE

If it weren't for his bad knee I would go with Beterbiev ! I just torn my knee meniscus a few weeks ago and am awaiting surgery !! Its no joke !! I can't see him fully recovered in the 3 or 4 months he got !! Plus he is 40. Yeah Bivol is a great boxer and dominated CAnelo easily !! But Beterbiev can really cut of the ring like a young Hagler or Chavez !! He is one of the Best at this in years. Think of it ! who would you have in a fight with Canelo and Beterbiev ? I think Beterbiev would stop Canelo even at 40, But Bivol can Box and fight and is younger so Its gonna be a great fight for sure.

Well if he gets caught too much then he deserves to lose, if he manages to stay away and put his own power on the shots then he deserves the win.. Great fight, but might be easier than we think for Bivol if he brings his A game..

I agree it wasn't a low blow . It was because it was usyk the ref was swayed by it being usyk and didn't know what to do really. He just thought oh it's a low blow because usyk said so and then gave him 20 minutes to have a cup of tea smoke a joint have a rest then carry on while dubois had seized up while usyk recovered off his knockout then lost his momentum. But anyway

That's right. People blame Dubois but it's hard to carry on when you think you need 3 knock outs just to get a draw. If Putin was not spanking Ukraine both the Dubois and Fury fights would have been a different result for Usyk.

Wrong, the punch was below the belly button, hence, low blow! Dubois was throwing low blows through the whole fight, but Usyk danced circles around him!

Bob says Fury's "'..... got to be very intelligent in the fight." Fury's plan is to KO Usyk. Reading between TF's video-interview lines, it seems this might be a rushed affair. TF doesn't look right. I've got him in the 'concussions category' with AJay and Deontay. It will be 'lucky' if TF wins. I can see missed swings, tiredness from the head, crash and burn, and a Usyk victory - all in my opinion.

Beterbiev has been fighting A level fighters. Bivols last fight was against a C level fighter, the fight before was a B level fighter and the one before that was B plus fighter. Its totally different fighting A level fighters. Hence why i believe Artur will beat Bivol. Remember AJ looked great is his 3 fights before Dubois, but they werent even C level fighters. As soon as Joshua fought a A level fighter, he got knocked out.

bivol has fought canelo, lyndon arthur, salamov, and destroyed them all. joe smith, took a clean hit and shrugged it off. bivol will finish artur, artur is too static, bivol will make quick ease of him in first 3 rounds to break him down and then finish him off with combinations, similar to lyndon arthur fight, but this time the opponent will be technically superior, close fight but not close enough, if u want to make money bet on bivol.

Although I agree that beterbiev has had the overall better opponents to say he has fought A level fighters is wild, Callus Smith anthony yards and joe Smith Jr to name a few are far from even b level fighters, This is both guys hardest fight by a mile and neither have really been tested at the level they are both at

AJ is manufactured he always was, the casuals loved him and thought and likely still think he’s the greatest ever fighter. Credit to AJ made a fortune and he did wonders for British boxing. The truth is he was carefully matched and heavily promoted. His best ever win was against a FORTY TWO year old WK who was coming off 18 months inactivity and a loss and he pushed AJ to the brink. If anyone genuinely thinks AJ is one of the best HW’s of all time they do not know anything about boxing.

Nobody has ever said Joshua was the GOAT. It's odd that Fury's win against Klitschko was apparently elite, but in his very next fight, when he fought AJ, he was over the hill-AJ was a decent champion in a mediocre era. Why do people need to use such dramatic language? It baffles me.

It's just stunning that man is 92 years old, working, doing online interviews, flying around the world (jet lag alone should end him) and yet he's still here, full wits and working. I agree with him on Inoue who is just about unbeatable but time is going to start winning. Also, Inoue should be stopped from punching opponents in the spine and getting away with it. Likewise, I wasn't surprised and presumed Dubois would just beat the hell out of AJ. AJ isn't a 'hype job' but he has never been and isn't as good as DDD who (should they rematch) I will once again presume simply beats the shlt out of AJ.

AJ has done amazing things for British Boxing. I think we should be giving him more respect. Also, and I'm not just saying this because of his victory (it was a good one) but i don't believe Dubois will be a long term champion... AJ was a worthy champion but he was never beating Fury Wilder or Usyk. He has a good resume but his best names were 100% past there best. Parker being the only exception. The Ruiz fight took his minerals and the Usyk fights took his heart.
