Austin, the key to growing your channel is series' based episodes, as it not only draws in new viewers but, consistent watch time, that is what the algorithm uses to boost your visibility. An idea you could make a series on hunting for profitable items to grow your Xbox collection, add some grails, then make a follow up series on your reselling journey for those Xbox games and tie them in together. I've never seen something like that before. Love your channel
@@mjdf122 I think he's more or less only invested into what he's interested in. The point is getting him to do something he is passionate about, so the series lasts longer, he doesn't suffer from burn out
A few years ago, I bought Alen Wake at Gamestop, and when I brought it up to the counter, the guy was like, "Wait a sec..." and he ended up giving me the whole special edition with it for $10 CAD. Best score I've ever gotten from them.
Man, I should head out there today if I have a chance. I haven't been out there since April; Ive had a lot of life stress and not a lot of time lately. I'll check out your buddies case too. He must of just started out because his display looks bare.
i enjoyed the video. In the total sales portion, shows your sales, your operating expenses, but you don'\t show your cost of goods sold. Are you willing to tell us what you paid for the games you sold? (Not sure if you keep track of that.) Keep up the videos!
Thanks! Costs of the games is hard to keep track of. Alot of the games I buy in big lots or bundles so it would be difficult get an exact cost of one game.
A suggestion, between you and your friend can help each other by adding different games from each other, that way it doesn’t clash with pricing. Once that game is sold you can then add it rinse and repeat. That is one rule the shop owner where I’m at has in place, we can not sell the same thing as him or other people have, also different variations are cool for example if he has a cib game and I don’t, I can sell the disc by itself. He currently has a disc ps 5 so I’m going to drop off a digital ps5.
@@austinheroics there are 6 other vendors there, everyone sells video games and collectibles but have their own nitch, so me being late to the game I have a tighter list of things I can put there, but I make it work. It could work with the more expensive items that way both of you don’t have to undercut each other at least with the pricier items.
One item I can recommend are vcr combos. Ive been selling those with controller and av cables for $50/$55 once a month , but as far as my booth not making much :( I do have a little bit of everything videos games/dvds/ lego/ t shirts /vhs/ jigsaw puzzles/ even some of those mini arcade plug ins. Its my 3rd month in and i dont wanna give up from my sales I feel like the market is their maybe I just can find the right prices or its about locations.
You can always send me ps3 greatest hit games I've been collecting them and don't have many yet . I haven't really been collecting like I used too . Just been going thru alot in life right now. Love your content and videos you have some great finds and some great sales.
