U must cut karela as thin as possible nd add plenty of sliced onions. Let karela soft as u add haldi nd salti. Once it gets soft turn on the flame high nd roast it atlast add amchur little bit in the end ull love karela

i think you are suppose to drain salty water from karela then wash it again. But first i think you put really less salt to cut the bitterness, that is why it was still bitter. And you should peel the karela too if you try it properly to even like it. By the way your content is amazing. Lots of Love
It's better u should have cut it thin if can very thin ...and middle portion scoop out ...then usse haldi ...namak daal kar keep about 30 mins ..then water agr hai to remove usme besan chilli powder,like bhajii...or pakoda type deep fry it taste amazing with dal rice or with roti

You should have peeled the karela as upper layer is bit more bitter and second you should have added mango powder so it would cut th ebitterness of karela . Karela is not bitter if you know how to cook it good

Didi u added the kerala's leftover water also after the marination and that water there was bitterness so you should have strained it first then add the karela in the pan
hey saute if your watching this comment I wanted to let u know that of u peel the dark green skin of kareela it doesn't feel that bitter, but it is a little bitter, and you should cut it from the middle in the long strips and then fry it 💖
Its not the right way to make karela ... u have to wash the karela with water after marinate with salt about 3 times and have to cut thoda thin slices...
Didi ap ayse karke dekona karele ka sabji you have to chop small peases of karela and marinate it with salt for half an hour and take pan put onion, tomato, green chilli, let it fry and add coconut crumps and add gooud means bella, add chilli powder coriander powder garam masala as your taste buds and which you have marinated that you have to cook saparatly in cooker for 1visil add sone amont of water and add that cooked karela to it and stir it well till it dry and yoy can have with chapati made with rice rotti is South indian dish please make this recipe at home and have the taste of karela 😊😊😊😊😋

Karela you should have washed ache se after marination was done . You added the bitter water also with it , so karela remained bitter despite of marinating with salt

Karela bitter huta hai usko ap ne banaya nai sahi. First marinate karela with salt leave it for 1day than usko squeeze krna ha next Day and drain krna ha salt water us mai se. Than pan mai onion masala and tomato puree dalni ha than add karela than bonify it atleast 20mins than add water and leave it for atleast 30min on low flame phr banay ga karela yummy
asy karrly ni bnaty . asy karwy hi bnty ha. first of all marinate kareely with salt take rest for 1 hour. than wash the kareely. Fry them in oil and than put it in onion and spices. your yummy and karwahat free kareely is ready
