Hi ..I am from Kashmir and would like to tell you about kehwa more. It is a Kashmiri drink usually for winters prepared from not just tea leavers (diff from normal ones) but it has other spices as well like cardamom, cinnamon,saffron and Kashmiri dried rose petals. It is served with dry fruits on top of it. It tastes soothing and warms the body quickly.
the yellow thing with fafda is called 'papya ni chin' in gujarati and we also make kadhi along with fafda it's not normal kadhi it's a bit different from our regular one
In Gujarat it is called Lotiyo which is made from chickpea flour and chillies which is eaten with fafda jalebi and lotiyo is famous in junagadh in Gujarat

try my recepie first make normal maagie 2 put the cooked maagie in a plate then 3 rd put schewzun sauce 1 soon and 4 spoon pizza sauce and oregano mix it 4 spread it on noodles and put lots of mozrella cheese and put some onion cepcicum mushroom whatever u like vegetable put it and put a little amount of honey 5 microwave it for 10 to 15 min its so yummy just try it

Actually you have to first take a piece of fafda and put some yellow chutney on it and than take a small piece of mirchi it is one proper bite and then have to eat jalebi separately
