Yes, they are. I pulled alstott out of a star elite pack. I've also seen someone post a video of them pulling one from a playmaker pack.

Rolled like 2 or 3 million training yesterday. ZERO golden tickets. ZERO UL packs but I did get lucky and hit a 99 Jordan Davis out of a wildcard mystery pack..... Still lost my ass on mystery rolls. After that shit show I'm not opening anymore mystery packs until or if the release TVPs
