You are 100% correct. Yes a friend has their own carnival rides on his property in northern Michigan and i actually was able to run several rides. Carney time at its finest!!

I have one at my job you're supposed to slowly pull the clutch (lever) back to match the speed of the ride or the clutch cab burn out and become very loose
