I’ve ordered paper Mario thousand year door from GameStop back 1or 2 years ago and it arrived with no case in a paper sleeve and covered in scratches and it was a hassle to get a refund

Gamestop sucks on that end, its always a hit or miss with the cases and condition of games

I ended up buying the replacement cases later. But yeah at least it looked decent

You can go in store to try to return it or exchange it for a different copy. Say it's defective or something lol

where do you buy game cases and if you hate gamestop why buy from them and not anywhere else or buy in person

I usually do Mercari and eBay. I dont hate them but I bought online because they had a buy 2 get 1 deal.
