Minion Land in Universal Studios Orlando soft opened the other day and I went to check out all the food! I ordered the whole menu at Minion Cafe and tried all of the other fun food & beverage offerings.

I think the audio is messed up after you mention the bubble gum frosting being disgusting but then I played it on my phone and it was normal, so weird?

I appreciate hearing different opinions on things especially food to help me when planning for a trip but I do wonder how quickly you guys actually start eating things? Just curious because a lot of stuff is obviously gonna taste worse the longer it’s just sitting. Maybe could try getting quick food b-roll and then actually getting into the eating. But anyways another funny vid as usual 👍🏻

This is how I felt about Toadstool Cafe ! Everyone on RU-vid was talking about how good the food was and none of it was good to me. I would’ve rather had the fish n chips from 3 broomsticks

I think people are forgetting this was a soft opening so lots of brand new trainees trying to figure things out. Hopefully improvements will come.

Being new and trying everything right away is pretty gutsy. Id say in a few montha to try it all again. Just like Disney they will tweek things with feedback. Do you think they may have cooked the pizza and chicken ahead of time and it got burned/dried out waiting to be served? Also having to try all those they must have gotten cold by the time the last dishes came.

I know I'm late, but I find it strange that there is no theme. You have some random Asian food, random Mexican dishes, that meatball thingy, and an American dish. There is nothing tying it all together. The tots are the only kid friendly thing there.
