I think he should just take the timer away and make it that each person has 25-30 seconds per question or guess. That way it'll go by fast and people can't say he's cheating since they will both have the same amount of time.

Omg Oakley your starting to become one of my favourites youtubers and guess who is one of my favourite series! However I do feel that a new rule should be set in stone and yes it is my opinion but I think for each round you should ban a typical question so it doesn't get boring eg has to use nations or possibly use player weak foots etc! I think this would be insane but I'm loving your content! 👊
