Yo I totally went overboard on buying Skylanders! WHAT WAS I THINKING? I unbox the lot and show off every figure I picked up!

Really good haul. Volcanic vault, Giants sidekicks, Lightcore Bumble (never released in the UK so very expensive here), Legendary traps and so, so much more... Jealous! Edit: Chase Barbella! Damn, really nice addition to that haul. I personally don't collect chase variants but goddamn

Yeah my local target used to have a wall of light core hexes that were about a dollar each. So every time I went there I would buy a new one because she broke so many times. I must have gone through 10 hexes......

Good question. I actually have a black light below the glass table lighting up all of the bases. You will notice through the whole video the bases really POP!

Now that's a bargain, all that for $600 especially and that Pink Barbella was truly a diamond you got there! Any plans on completing the full sets? I know Ro-Bow from Imaginators is considered one of the rarest and most expensive figures ever made. Around $300 last time I checked

I am working on it. I’m not sure if I will complete the set but I might one day. I do have Ro-Bow already. I am only missing a few variants and chases from imaginators.

I'm starting to get back into Skylanders again. Is there a decent price for Trap Team and Swap Force (disc only) for the PS4 version?

Well after doing a little research it looks like those games are in the $30-$40 usd range. My guess is because they are early-ish ps4 releases they are kinda hard to come across compared to the ps3, Xbox 360, and Wii versions.

Hey, I just recently discovered your channel and I've really been enjoying your skylanders videos! I always wanted to get into this series and I am finally doing it now! Do you have a preference on which console is the best to play the skylanders games on?

@bergster30 My favorite is probably the Wii U. Every Skylander game you can get for either the Wii or Wii U (Wii U’s will play Wii games) It’s easy to get portals for, in later games you can play as bowser and donkey Kong characters, and I like the Wii U in general.

I feel like the Imaginators are a lot more expensive compared to the others. Maybe not as many of them were made. Thanks for taking the time to respond, much appreciated!

Imaginators are expensive and yes it’s because less were made. Check locally for good deals on those figures. I have gotten many of my imaginators for a few dollars.

I live in a small town, but my local pawn shop gets some Skylanders figures in sometimes and sells them for about $3 each which is a really good deal considering how much some go for! Do you have a personal favorite Skylanders game? And who are some of your favorite characters to play as?

Yeah $3 is a good deal for pretty much any Skylander. I would check there when you could. My favorite skylander and game is a tough question for me. I’ll have to make a video about that sometime :)

I do sell my duplicates. Sometimes locally and sometimes online. Buying and selling is a REALLY good way to build up a collection fast and reasonably cheap if your willing to put in the work.

@@SheriffCrazy my 7 year old recently got into this game as I found a pile of 20 figures and two games for under $50 at a local game mart… great premise for a game ad he absolutely loves it so I was curious how this all works! Looks like some figures are completely out of reach and that’s sad and prob why the game isn’t as popular as it should be?!

Yeah it is kinda sad. They just didn’t make as many of the later release figures and they can be a little tough to find.
