@@eleishaturne6408 hi. Yes to answer your question, Rolex produces approximately 1 million watches per year across all their lines, to be supplied to authorised dealers across the world. Due to perceived notions of luxury and desirability demand outstrips the supply so authorised dealers need to allocate watches out, hence a wait list. Factors like past buying history, number of those on the list in big cities for example all play a part. Popular models can incur years of waiting. Rolex has recently invested in a new facility so numbers will increase slowly. Plus popularity is slightly decreasing due to economic factors. The grey market which is what we call the second hand market has started to see a decrease in prices. I’ve been buying and selling for the past 5 years and have seen the prices go down slightly over the last 6 months. Hope this helps
