not really. this shoe worth more. it’s essentially the Travis Scott of New Balance. yes, it’s that echelon or caliber of sneaker.

@@inTha803sure it’s the matter of taste and personal opinion, but neither travis scotts nor this pair is worth so much money. they are both around 200$ sneakers and paying a grand for any of them is crazy. me personally, I was never feeling new balance or for example asics collabs. they just replace the regular panels with some wacky ass color dyed ones, slap a logo on the tongue of the shoe (sometimes) and call it a day and people go crazy over those. sure they have nice materials, but cmon, you have it on every other nb sneaker. on travis scotts and other nike collabs they at least switch things up by adding lots of hidden details, tweaking design elements of the shoe, and improving materials, so the final product at least looks and feels different from the regular model, let alone there is a travis hype around the shoe so it’s easier to justify paying so much money for it. but nb collabs - meh, nothing special

Id NEVER (and I mean NEVER) pay 1000 dls for a pair of sneakers. Just my opinion. If I dont get it on the release date, then I prefer to pass. Could pay resell but not 1K. Not even 500 bucks.

$1000 for that sneaker as much as I would love those it would be a pass for me and onto the next baklava. I can’t justify $1000 for a new balance. I just can’t I’m sorry.
