Her first point.. too true! Sure, I’ve been playing EU since release, (Awakening) Berserker all the way, finished tapping my full V Weapon & Armour set pretty much as the reform system etc got introduced. It felt like a punch in the gut to go from chasing good progress and being on a decent curve back to being a fairly easily achievable softcap.. HOWEVER, having a bigger sized group of people at gear that can a majority of the content (especially now after spot reworks and with upcoming content around the corner too) people need to chill a bit. changes are not a personal attack and if they’re positive for the game and it’s lifespan, then just try to roll with it. After all, more people are now just chasing the bigger goals, and getting silver in copious amounts is an easily achievable feat at softcap spots so go get those gains!
I mean, the gear powercreep was always going to happen especially when enhancing gear is literally at least 50% of the endgame. I think the bigger punch in the gut is the massive silver inflation. I've played pretty much since NA release off and on, but every time I came back I always came back to decent bank value. If I liquated everything, my overall bank value is probably around 3B and it's been that way for the last 3-4 years. Back then, 3B was pretty decent, but nowadays, it's almost starting cash.
