How do you know that he didn't come to the conclusion that what she wanted would cost him more to complete. In which case he tried to contacted her and saw she might be on RU-vid. At that point he may have thought to himself "wow ill do it for a RU-vidr for free if I can just get credit in the video, otherwise I still need to charge the full 89$ for what she wanted"? (I agree the Ps is terrible and way over priced even at $5) I am not saying this is what happened but its possible, especially since she stated that she didn't respond and then he upped the price. Again, not saying this happened but its good to have a positive mindset about things as opposed to lashing out about people. 12:02

That's like.. perfectly normal for the pricing. You usually charge a commercial fee if your work will be used for something that you make money of, like a youtube video, business cards or anything related to a business. So, the commercial fee makes sense :) I can't believe people think that commercial fee doesn't exist in this world.. Or why do you think professional logos are often at least at the base price of 200€ ;;
