Part 2 of this NEW Antique Booth Makeover and its time to REALLY break out the paint brushes this time. For some insane reason I decided that my Vintage Booth was in need of a full Wall Mural... Why the heck not?! I was way in over my head and under prepared but I got it to a point that I could be happy with it for at least a few months. I'm planning on a do-over BUT it was time to move on to part 3 of this reset series. All I could think is how brave to attempt it in a public place. Don't think I'd have had the guts to even try it. Then as I watched your process and progress, I could see it coming together. Ok .it's just amazing... I for see as you gain confidence the grid will not be necessary .. remember paint is forgiving you can add and subtract too by painting over... Just keep at it.. I feel your joy! And yes off script is your creative juices getting going... Love it

I've impulsively painted a massive impressionist tree landscape...scene...in my entry hall. I've painted and blended the background , blocked all the hills and trees and then (2 and a half days in) hit a wall of self doubt that it's ever going to come together. I've watched you now and am reminded that I CAN paint trees and it does just take forever and it always looks weird before it's suddenly finished and looks amazing. Thank you for being on display. I needed this and it helps. x

If you want it to look more vintage, you could do a slightly dark glaze over the entire surface. That would also unify all the colors.

Wanted to say Thank You for being SO kind when my daughter and I interrupted you while filming this episode and being willing to allow me to 'Fan-girl' for a bit.
