Clemente Zamora bc Eddie was playing in time and with perfect pitch, so all Davie had to do was overlay them (and possibly tweak the sound levels or smth). Still really cool though I want to hear them play pag24 together
As a classical musician, I felt bad for the violin. Violins are expensive and he just used it as a pick Ohh noooo HAHAHAHA I'm broke that's why HAHAHAHA
I think he was flustered by TwoSet's challenge, so he proved you can use bass techniques with the violin by accident when he tried to design a challenge back.

There are many violinists that have done that tapping and even slapping before in contemporary music. And fingerpicking the violin is as old as the instrument itself. In some traditional styles like eastern European they do some impressive strummings on violins.
I'm not a violinist nor a bassist but the way he holds the bow and way his arm is curved to play the fingering just bothers me (I have a classsmate that is also a violinist and I always hold her violin like Davie and she will always say that it's a very uncomfortable position for her)

@Pete GamerTV Dude, have you seen his bowhold, and how the bow BARELY touches the strings and is moving around a lot? And not to forget about the fingering. Ofc you haven't, you don't play the violin..... And with such a cheap violin he bought, it's impossible to make a sound that smooth. You can also hear the sound itself isn't natural, it had a lot of affects added.

Staged or not it is a smart move... both have millions of subscribers that probably arent subbed to each others channels... this is a really good way of gaining more subscribers from two channels that both probably have a sub base full of music lovers.
