Tip for tiny dinos that end hardcore runs, you can set sinocromps behavior to auto roar, and will kill insects, and scare away the small dinos the ones that knock you out and microraptors and more, incredibly useful. On a seperate note i heard if you cryopod dinos then take them out they take x10 dmg but also x10 healing, not sure if true but might work for healing them

48:37 I know exactly how you feel. On Fjordur, I had an army of 20 nearly 300-level T-Rexes I was going to use for a fight - but then forgot that if you cryo a dinosaur it drops their inventory, and in that dino had ALL OF THEIR CRYOPODS, and I lost them going to the boss arena.

Something you should try: Since you have been crashing, both here and in the Primal Fear 100 days you did previously. You should consider making backups of the world, through the game files. So (and I know you said you got everything fixed, but just in case) you should make a backup of the world when you do this, like every 10 or something days, so if it does happen, you dont have to start from scratch. It's a smart idea.

More gaming content creators need to look into backing up their game data. So often we hear of series' cut short due to crashes, file corruption and things of that nature. Would save alot of time and heartache imo

I decided yesterday to get back into ark since I quit not long after extinction launched. Lost islands is like playing again for the first time. The map just feels so massive when you're on a ground mount, even the caves felt like a massive step up. So glad I decided to get back into it, not going back to official tho.

Awesome awesome awesome! Amagasaurus taming just is not worth it, they are definitely not a PVE tame. The labyrinth I hit every 30mins for a week to get decent loot including Rex saddle BP’s. The map is beautiful but SSSOOOOO buggy so I did the boss up to beta and left. Sinomacrops for the win 👍🏻

In my Lost Island game I had set up a base a few strides in front of a swamp filled the the brim with leeches, so what I ended up doing was riding through the water on a speedy mount, and drawing the leeches to me. I ended up killing 20-30 leeches at a time, and they ended up giving me tons of oil and chitin, and even some silica pearls, so even if I didn't live next to the volcano I could still pull out incredible amounts of free chitin and oil. I also found a cave behind a waterfall close the the swamp so I had some free crystal as well. This spot I set up camp in was southwest of the Redwood Center in pretty sure. Hope this helps people.

Great vid, it was fun and interesting(have not played lost island yet), and I feel your pain healing, dinos is too difficult without the aberration plant, but maybe you should consider using daeodons for that, you will needs tons of meat but instead of hours of pressing e, would be an hour farming meat and 20 mins healing(also you can alt+tab while the daeodon is healing)

I always stay close to coast now with my raft, since it was 1shot a couple days ago by a alpha leed. (Got my best argy, rex, and thyla in a cryopod on the raft) 🤦‍♂️😭 important lessons were tought that day 😂😂😂

You Keep manas cryoed because even though they are in passive mode, they still like to fly up. They basically act like they’re on “wandering” when you leave. If they’re inside a base, they’re less inclined to disappear like that. And with a Dino leash, it will most of the time not stop them either. Keep them cryoed.

Yo you should do like 25 days on the island, 25 days on scorched, 25 days on aberration, 25 days on extinction. Total 100 days or you can do 150 days with 25 days on both gen 1 and 2.

I watched you try like 10 Amargasaurus and BUILD A TRAP NEXT TO IT Also, I've seen way too many RU-vidrs lose their 100 days save. If I tried it I would back that thing up to a usb every night. You can get a mod to add mutations to your rexes and change their colors with console commands.

The healing part you could have use a daeodon or snow owl when useing the daeodon only level food but if u bring to the boss fight buff speed food and maybe a little health
