That really depends on the concrete. The relative hardness of the sement ranges from 0 to 100. Usually it's sold with a B(x) where 0100 to tell what you are buying. Then there are several different additives that also can alter how much compression the concrete can take. What also determines how much compression it can take is where in the concrete you put the rebare. And what's often forgot is that if the support under the concrete isn't stable that would also change the amount of compression it could take. If you watch SpaceXs launch number one of Starship Heavy you will see concrete slaps in the hundreds of kilos flying because the ground underneath the concrete was too soft. So I'm sure you could make a concrete that could take less compression than legos. But I'm also pretty sure you can make one that is more durable 👌 😊
