I Played Mortal Kombat 1 - Story Mode | Bunnymon PLAYS 

It’s like watching a movie with live battles. Truly outstanding

Just for you to have some context: This is a new timeline, which Liu Kang has crafted with the powers of the hourglass. In the previous timeline, most characters are dead. Also Raiden was a thunder god and the mentor of Liu Kang and Kung Lao, which had a the friend/brother relationship that the new young Raiden and Kung Lao have in the new timeline. They both died along with other heroes defending eatthrealm from an outworld invasion. Due to their deaths Raiden went on a dark path. Then basically Johnny, one of the few survivors had a daughter with Sonya (another character which does not yet appear in this game) and Kenshi also had a son. Jax Briggs (Sonya's friend) had a daughter as well and Kung Lao(deceased) had a younger cousin. These young kombatants managed to defeat an elder god named Shinnok. In the next game, it was revealed there was a Titan, Kronika more powerful than the elder gods that had been manipulating the timeline all along resetting it when things didn't go her way. Kronika was defeated by a past version of Liu Kang (because the current one was killed) and Liu Kang gained her powers and reseted the timeline making it at his own image. The characters you are going to see in this game, many of them, had darker origin stories in the previous timeline, as well as suffering darker fates. Some of them where even evil, but Liu Kang changed all of that when he reseted the timeline, he gave this characters better paths to follow. Raiden is now Liu Kang's apprentice (along with Kung Lao) instead of Liu Kang being his.

In the multiverse, (I don't have a PS5) I would play as Raiden and Liu Kang together as a duo. Electricity fascinates me. Awesome gameplay Bunny.
