Based on my time watching Zwag I can confirm that his most hated champ is definitely YoneAkaliEkkoYasuo.

Ekko is one of those champions who you can't entirely hate because of their incredible writing, but gameplay is the most toxic unskilled thing imaginable

The way i see it, his damage in his kit, it's not spread evenly at all. His w and r aren't reliable. So he's balanced in a sense around his passive, q and e, which is just an insane amount of power in a single e -> q -> auto.
