Personally been testing with a small spirit package. (3 Aratama, 2 Sakitama, 1 Hino). Hino being searchable via flame banshee and wiping your opponent’s hand is pretty neat

happy because: they released an homage archetype for soulsborne sad because: they released an homage archetype for soulsborne. Bonfire was probably unironically made for this deck. But unfortunately (and not surprising), Komoney made it general Pyro instead of Ashened specific so now if i want to play this deck 'properly', I have to sacrifice my left nut to afford it.

I think Veidos is incredibly strong most of the really good decks in this game have a field spell they want to play and that includes Fire Kings.

I honestly really like this deck. it's not broken or overly powerful, but it does have a hint of field control. we're just going to have to wait and see what the next wave of support has, I'm assuming we'll get some more continuous traps for Veidos to search, a few monsters for king to summon, and priestess to search a new spell or the other cards possibly.

Cool video man as someone who stopped in 2015 and just came back this deck looks cool. Love the theme mega waifu indeed with priestess. Ordered two boxes already. Shame about the price of bonfire Kind of funny to see that hasn't changed about the game after all these years lol.

I’ve seen a lot of people playing this with kashtira and I don’t think it’s the best way to play the deck, one suggestion I have is myutant ashen to banish the field spell to summon a level 8 myutant to trigger the effect

It's a shame, the art is SO phenomenal for it to be so...lacking. I'm sure there will be more support to streamline it but it feels like Subterror did on release. I'm willing to grow with this archetype.

@@afikankingpanther8440 both engines compete for the normal summon, and by combining them you simultaneously lose power and consistency on the swordsoul half since you're not playing the tennis cards as well as taking up a lot of valuable tech space for handtraps, board breakers, pots, etc., not to mention how tight the extra deck will be
