Hm, maybe because they know this is bullshit. Because 1, The uploader would be in jail for doing this. And 2, Even if he could do it, (which he can't) Whelen (The company that produces this siren) would have to physically program the song into the siren. Whelen doesn't fuck around. They would never do this.
