idk if i can do another one after Vanguard, theres too many to keep hoping they get it right. Once AV updates we’ll know how sustainable it will be in future updates. Hoping they update before CoD drops.
AV dropped the ball with the first two updates, ESPECIALLY on their release. They 'removed' bots, yet their game is absolutely flooded with them, yet they still are going neck and neck in players with ALS which i dont believe has a bot problem. the community is going to be too time invested elsewhere to care about vanguards. it went from having more than ad to less than half now. this is what happens to barebones games.
It's updated once and the reason te playerbase is low is ofc cause of the bot banwave but also alot of people have finished the game and are doing othe stuff waiting for the upd @@LiIium
@@LiIium"neck and neck" is completely wrong. I'm not sure how much of the playerbase are bots but ALS peaks at 60k players when update drops meanwhile AV averages 100k
@@LiIiumthe player count dropped because they removed the bots. From release to update .5 I haven’t had any real issues with AV except maybe the essences😼👍🏾

Correct me if I am wrong, everything in this game is copy assets from aa. and if its not this game is going to die quick nobody wants to play AA 2, even though this game might have some ideas that are different if I look at this game and start off, im not playing this sht
i like how many features it has, but i feel like alot of the reason why most games dont have these features is because they dont want to drop EVERYTHING on update one
I definitely think this game will do well on release, but I think the most important thing is to branch away from AA and have their own unique updates. Keeping the same feel as AA (such as UI, traits etc.) but with its own twist will be much better for the game long run
Thank you for checking out the game and making a video. as a tester of anime realms and a good friend of the main dev. I welcome all players to enjoy and experience the game as a new game and not an 'aa 20 or copy' the reason it looks familiar is due to using the aa ui and feel as aa felt so good and not cluttered. the players in the ar team were anime adventures players and want to make a game that feels like aa and give the old aa players a gameplay familiar to them. thank you so much nag for making the video
Ngl that's what all the devs say, ad, av etc. "We played aa and want to bring back the feeling" etc. So these words don't mean that much nowadays, however I must say from this video, the game looks great and I hope it doesn't flop, good luck to y'all
@@jurnightmareamv1360 i have been working with one of the main dev's as a tester. from what I have felt. it feels like aa but with less content on release. it feels just like it. if it doesn't on release expect patches

@@leftytheog cause it so overused and boring, cant wait to get yet another gojo and sukuna, that have the exact same attack vfx, and gojo is a time stop, and sukuna is a bleed unit, its all the same its so boring. no td game has made any unique atack vfx for gojo they all use the same one
I didn't realize how much of AA was still kinda missing from the other TD games, I'm only 8 mins in and I already feel really nostalgic and that's only because of the damage types of physical and magic

Just for a fact, the shiny golden freezer of 3:32 its from Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 game, where there was this mechanic called "supervillains" and they were like that, like, purpple, and with that kind of infinity simbol on their forehead
This does look good, I won't lie. But it basically just functions as a revived AA copy-pasting a lot of things from it to garner nostalgia, even if it's bad mechanics like star remnants. If they can make it appear at least a little original it might be worth checking out, otherwise AV is still the current hope for an AA spiritual successor. This is my opinion though and anyone's free to agree or disagree, idc.
updates are not gonna be long it's their first actual update and they want to put their all into it to the point where they doubled their developer team and comissioned another 22 devs and clay confirmed that this update is gonna at least x5 bigger than update 0.5
theres way too many anime td games, like seriously. game developers need to think harder and just make a rpg type game or something. like for saying like the rell brothers, they don’t care about td games. they care about the fans and games that they make. like other roblox devs, they just care about the money. its my opinion in this regard.
Some Devs dont get it man, we already have AV which is somehow a better version of AA, we dont need another AA copy or something like that, we need something unique.

this game is way too similer to AA, like its actually so boring and terrible. they legit copy almost everything its so crazy, how is this the game all the youtubers are "supporting" it actually makes me mad how similer to aa, same maps, same UI, same traits, same remnant/summon ticket, just looks very lazy, none of my friend group is exited for this, it looks terrible, i dont understand how all these youtubers whos job is tower defence games, and saw this game and said "yah looks aight, i bet the people will love a just exact copy of the same game we played 2 years ago" nag says "its not comparable to other AA clones, cause these people put effort into it" yeah put effort into exactly copying everything from AA, its not comparable to other AA clones because it is THE AA clone and yeah sure we got some of the new QOL stuff from vanguards, but every good TD game has that now, that doesn't make it so much better than the others. bro, just joined the discord, even image that the game has to show off the game is the same as AA, its the FTP V PTW where the ftp has all the good traits and the ptw doesnt, like, is this just the exact same devs as AA, cause they coulda brought back AA, they had the option to but decided not to, and now that their robux are running out they just copy paste the old game and make a few changes to try and make a quick buck?

Yeah, everything you said is true. Like i'd only play aa again if it's the exact same with all the updates. Like i grinded so much and now i'm playing als and av. Too much tower defense is unhealthy and not good. Like i'm barely playing once every week one of em and another trash aa clone no way
One of the shitest thing AA had is the "Star Remnant" thing, and those guys thought : oh its a good concept ! lets bring it back. bro no one liked Star remnant, i hope they drop it and just make it RRs when they release

But now when everybody knows that the AA devs will not come back and people took matters into their own hand to make a new game that is just like AA with some changes then everybody says that its just some lazy trash copy with no effort. Like bro do you even know how hard it is to make a game??? So please when you say that the game is trash becuse its just like an another game like AA then think about that YOU were the one who was asking for it in the first place and even if its really similiar they could make changes in to game to be different but in the end it will be a anime tower defense game so they just cant make anything else but add in different anime characters with different raritys or new skills. Oh and not even talking about if we look at it like that then AA was just a another trash ASTD copy becuse it was a anime based tower defense game with a bit better graphipcs.
