Grealish is slow and never beats his man in dribbling he just passes backward or sidewards. Grealish rarely scores or assists. Doku is a live-wire and a threat. Opposition prefer to play against Grealish not Doku.

The funny thing about Grealish is that he was at the right team at the right time when he was at Villa. Despite being an attacker, his best strength was getting us up the pitch quick, and working a counter attack. At City, and England to a point, he's too high up the pitch all game if that makes sense? When he was making things happen in the middle third and around the opponent's box, he was lethal. Not in terms of goals or delivery, but you could rely on him to recycle the ball or more likely win a free kick. He's just not playing to his strengths, and I do think he's too 'raw' a talent to really adapt his game properly. He just needs to be off the leash

He's won everything at City but in a structured system that must be followed. At Villa he had ultimate freedom to express himself and everything went through him. It made Villa unbalanced. From what I've seen of Doku he is all flash with no end product the majority of the time. Just a better version of Adama Traoré. Grealish is guilty of passing backwards and sideways, and making the safe pass when he isn't falling over to win a foul. Both in a title winning team but I don't think they are all that.
