Thirty you can Shify right click on the super craft pickaxe to set it to the maximum available amount you can craft, (excluding flawless, minions, etc.)

I noticed that the amount of cookies you have in cookie clicker were transferred into chocolate in alpha. So if it stays like that you can get a headstart with chocolate that way
