You should be Midas again by killing docter doom to get his key card and then a light machine from a doom henchmen near his vault. After that go to the authority and pretend to be Midas reborn. The light machine gun is the closes to his drum gun i think and the key card that you will still have in your inventory will be the one for the authority vault even though its not the real key card. Plz read this tomato and consider doing it.
