I was never a big hopper but I ran track and those cramps are no joke I ran a meet 100m 200m and 400m races on my way off the track at the end of it my right calf cramped BAD I tried to walk a little further two steps later left calf cramped up too just as bad and couldn’t walk had to be carried off the track and my legs were done for the next few hours had severe pain every step definitely drink ya damn water lmaoo and mustard helps but I hate that shit too moral of the story stay hydrated
