Hey Dave! You have been putting up ALOT of content for us lately, and THANKS on that! Why don't you take a day off tomorrow. Relax, maybe go fishing.........
I love how Dave rhymes things/sayings during the video. This is what makes this channel top 5 for me. Only if i had some catfish fillets now for dinner.
I had an uncle and he used to love cat fishing many decades ago ,I’m 76 yrs old, and he said they would save the smaller bull frogs when they went frog gigging to use for catfish bait and it was great.
Now that’s the Catfish Dave show that we grown to love, just like old times. The way you insert your music make the show better then the rest. You people out there Catfish Dave does read the comments and I will say to him a big (Thank You) your the best. Thank you for taking time out of your life to make these great videos I have learned so much more about Catfishing and you. Thank you for your time on the water
@@robertmceuen3630 O man, you say the man has no heart. You must be some kinda drive by fishing videos watcher. Because Catfish Dave has done so much for people, you need to go back in time and watch all the videos and then you will see but you have to pay attention if you can for that long. Now to the comments, you weren’t paying attention in this video it was a comment about his fishing net. So pay attention next time you watch his videos.

@@jeffchaffee1235 There is no proof Dave reads any comments. There is proof he doesn't answer though. Read through any comment section of ANY of his videos and tell me how many replies he gives. Hell, the viewers reply for him.
My wife's family lived next to the river that's how I became involved. Its now 90 percent of the fishing I do. Enjoy your channel don't stop. Jim's wood shop.
Some nice catfish. A good day of work Dave. Don't forget to punch out. We now know that catfish can be caught on pork chop. Thanks for taking us along!
Love your show and I love the country music it’s said she’ll apart from the others that I’ve become so hold drum thank you Dav your hard work is much appreciated
I use the picnic pork roasts. They're cheaper than the chops where I'm at and they're a lot more bloody. They also stand up to any small cats that'll usually shred your baits up. Also be warned, the gasper goo are fond of the pork roast too.
i wrote a story for you. Once upon a time, there was a popular fishing RU-vidr named Catfish Dave. He traveled the world, sharing his adventures and fishing tips with his loyal followers. One sunny day, while filming his latest episode near a peaceful river, something magical happened. As Catfish Dave was casting his line, he accidentally hooked onto a mysterious amulet that emerged from the water. In a flash of light, Catfish Dave found himself in a completely different body - that of Stuart Little, the adventurous and courageous mouse. Stuart Little, on the other hand, found himself in the tall and lanky frame of Catfish Dave. They were both stunned and bewildered by the sudden swap. As they tried to adjust to their new bodies, they realized they had to handle each other's lifestyles until they could find a way to reverse the swap. Catfish Dave, now in Stuart's body, discovered the challenges of being a small mouse. He had to learn to navigate the world at ground level, avoiding potential dangers and using his wits to survive. Catfish Dave's fishing expertise became handy as he used his knowledge of rivers and lakes to find food and shelter for himself and his newfound mouse friends. Stuart, now in Catfish Dave's body, faced a different set of challenges. He had to adjust to the life of a fishing RU-vidr, handling cameras, editing videos, and engaging with the online community. Despite being a small mouse, Stuart was determined to embrace this new experience, using his quick thinking and natural charm to entertain and educate his followers. As they embarked on this unexpected adventure, Stuart and Catfish Dave discovered valuable lessons about empathy, understanding, and appreciating different perspectives. They realized that even in different bodies and lifestyles, they shared a common passion for exploration and connecting with others. Together, they created a series of unique videos showcasing Stuart's tiny fishing escapades and Catfish Dave's adventures as a mouse. Their collaboration became a hit, enchanting viewers with their humor, genuine camaraderie, and the unlikely bond they had formed. With each passing day, Stuart and Catfish Dave learned more about themselves and the importance of embracing change. They documented their journey, inspiring others to be open-minded and adaptable in the face of unexpected circumstances. As the days turned into weeks, Stuart and Catfish Dave grew to appreciate their own bodies and lifestyles once they were eventually able to return to their original forms. They carried the lessons they learned from each other with them, forever cherishing the memories of their extraordinary swap. And so, the tale of Catfish Dave Delights became a heartwarming story of friendship, adaptation, and the joy of embracing new experiences, reminding us all that sometimes the greatest adventures come from unexpected situations.
Dave. I am an old commercial fisherman down here in the Bayous. A net maker for 45 years plus. Your program is terrific. I cant fish any more and the wife and I enjoy the heck out of your program. Tell those folks who comment on your BIG net to go "fish". . . . Can't put a 80lb. fish in those other dinky little dip nets . . . stay with that big net. Loki makes a really good net. Let me know when it wears out, I'll gladly make you a " Home made " one for free, Bayou Busting" style . . . . just for us enjoying your show.
Dave, thanks for the Intel.. really helpful. I fish the northern Illinois river and thanks to you I went from getting 20 pounders that I thought was good to 15-20 pounders now.
Put barbeque sauce on those and add some white wine. 🙂 I used to make a few nets as a hobby. I made a few fish nets, but I also made some HUGE volleyball nets. It's kind of rough on the sides of the hands if you pull the knots tight, but it was fun.
Yep this here Channel is One of my Favourite. Good Tips on Angling i figure those setups and rigs works world around . Havent tried fishing on chicken or pork not for real anyway . Im the angler who actually like to fish for baitfish and dont mind putting the time and effort to catch the small shads or what not just grab a couple of cans of beer and go sit somewhere and looking on an float going Up And Down :-) Great Show Dave Great Show !
Freaking awesome,we having pork chops tonight lol somebody is going to have to do without cause I'm going fishing 😂, atleast you don't have to worry so much about samanella, thanks for the video man
Dave I know you like fishing alone, but its been a longggg time since Ive seen you take someone with you help them catch some big ones!!! Maybe soon 😊😊😊😊 thanks for all your content. You are the 💣
Thanks Dave for all your hard work and determination..it's really paying off for you. I was wondering if you are going to make some more bank fishing videos. Maybe go back to the basics ,...so to speak. Tight lines brother.
Hahahaha that fish was about to get talked up for the camera, then that pork rod got hit and Dave just chunks him back in the water like an old sandwich
Ever see that hank hill show where they had the special bait bought it was actually crack and they kept catching the same catfish 😂 kinda reminded me of that show
Another great video, Dave! By the way, starting out with chicken, moving up the pork chops, when will you hit ribeye, New York strip and filet mignon for bait?😂😂😂😂
Michael what gets me is some of those smaller fish are perfect eaters. I know Dave has to make content but man some of the fish he throws back are good eaters. If I was going to spend the $$$ on pork chops I would keep a few and do a catch and cook. Pretty sure Dave doesn't like killing or cooking catfish. Man those chops looked good. Don't think I could waste a good chop on a catfish.
Grab your catfish swing her around Dave the catfish all day long ! Pork chop 🥩🪓 yeha ! Im going to watch Deliverance now by y'all. Good work Dave ! Just having Lil fun just subscribed !
Last week in Des Moines Iowa there was a pork expo and now Catfish Dave is featuring pork as catfish bait. A proper catfish video featuring pork as bait would have a sandwich with pork and cheese but Dave has it covered with the ham salad.
