Challenge suggestions: Jump to the power ranks: It's too easy to make the jump to the P4 (3?) from the G5 conferences right now. I think it should be winning the conference two years IN A ROW. Bowl recruiting incentives: Incentive to make (NOT WIN) bowl games, you have to at least make a bowl game to recruit 4 and 5 stars. No bowl game = Only 3 stars for the next season. Recruiting 4 and 5 and then miss a bowl? Back to three stars. Games played manually: Instead of only playing in three games, it would be cool if instead you played 12 quarters a season. How you arrange them is up to you (could be 3 games, 6 halves, a combo, etc), but only 12 quarters (which ends up being three games, but with more variety, ya know?) Bowl-winning incentive: If you lose your bowl, a coordinator has to go. You went 7-6 and won the bowl game? Both coordinators stay! You went 12-1 and lost the bowl game? Sorry, Manny Diaz, you're out. Recruiting pipeline: You thought the local state was your ally? No more. You have to manually build recruiting pipelines in states with none to start, but you do get to choose what states you build up. Ill try and think of some more and comment them as I do!

VIDEO IDEA: Put every BIG 10 team as a zero overall with the conference realignment and whoever wins the conference you have to try to rebuild to a national championship. Whoever wins the conference you can only recruit from that state.

I would love if you did a Stanford rebuild. With Andrew Luck and CMC, they were one of the best teams in the nation. But they haven't made a bowl since 2018

Love your content. Watch every video. Only thing I might change is that you put timelines on all of the rebuilds so that it turns the pressure up a bit to complete all of the challenges. Can be like a 5 year or 6 year or 10 year rebuild, etc... depending on the school. I know you do that for some of your videos but think it would bring another element to it to have time in there. For harder challenges, you could do amount of first round draft picks or certain goals for players throughout the year (e.g. 4,000 passing yards, 10 sacks, 5 INTs, etc.)
