6:32 is the most satisfying battle for me. I love how mid fight they kinda clack without pushing the other away for a moment. Its like the shows depiction of the beys grinding.

Fun video as always! I think Rock Scorpio's tip does work to reduce the effects of water, kind of like a car tire. A tire's ridges (and spikes in the case of JB) essentially redirect water and other fluids away from the car to prevent it from hydroplaning and losing control, and I can totally see JB working in a similar manner at certain water depths.

Not gonna lie, Really cool fights, I think the material of the tips matters less in the oil, and the shape is what determines it's behavior. you should do it again but with spin steal and other fun gimmicks like the jumping tip. this definitely has some real potential for some anime level bey battles.

I think round tip works better because its able to move more smoothly on the oily surface

Who knew that Beyblades would have so much personality The way Cyber Pegasus goes around Rock Scorpio and how Rock Scorpio mostly stands stationary It’s like an agile fighter going in for multiple hits at different angles against a fighting that is standing guard

imo I'd give rock scorpio a 3/5 for attack and 2/5 for defense. When you lauch it with a strong launcher it moves around ALOT for a non-attack type. Also the rock fusion wheel is very poor for defense because of its high recoil.

I think a metal flat could be a good choice here: The oil reduce friction and make all kind of tip less effective at holding the terrain, i think that how a beyblade acts is based on the geometry of a tip and not the material (at least not as much as before) Having a flat can make it act as a good attacker and the metal just help a bit more with the already improved stamina, the oil make it difficult for defense type to old onto the stadium properly and tornado stalling could work even better This are the reasons i would see metal flat working well here, i'm not sure about the rest but i would go with a mix of mainly attack and a bit of stamina to make the better of the oil condition

Man the 4th battle between rock Scorpio and cyber Pegasus was awesome, cyber going in then out of the out of bounds, then the bit where they swing big stop up close then keep swinging big just does it for me

Such genius physics! Thus, this helps most beys to actually spin a bit longer due to low friction but the problem is that grip is sacrificed in a form to allow spinning potentiality of the bey.

This was pretty exiting. Since the water video I've been thinking of how this would play out. And I was quite wrong. I expected the lower friction to cause the beys to impact less due to not having enough friction to ground themselves for attacks. Though I'm not really sure if the spikes did anything. If you ever do this again, maybe have a bey with a regular ball tip like rock leone or something to see how just the spikes affect the result.

the problem is unlike the anime. they used this thick harsh oil. while the oil you use. is light and actly well prevent fiction witch would actually make them all last longer. maby try using thicker oil?

It looks like the jagged ball tip worked like mud or snow tire on a vehicle would work. The studs on the tip push the oil away and then the rest of the tip is able to get better grip on the stadium.

Should have also done storm Pegasus vs rock Aries as the low friction conditions are pretty similar to green hades. Some other stadium idea you could do: Place powerful fans around the stadium such that they make a cyclone like pattern and you could do Leone vs Pegasus in that Put your phone on vibrate (or a massage device) and put under the stadium and do some libra battles Plastic gen anime had a lot of really cool stadiums you could take ideas from. cut the tips of the outer rim so the center base is the only point the stadium rests on so it can work like a Zero G stadium And while I wouldn’t recommend using sand as that has a high chance of damaging beys you could probably get a somewhat similar effect by using metal bearings.

I think the spikes helped out a bit with maintaining its grip on the stadium in those harsher strikes. Also I'm personally curious on how a metal tip would have worked? I assume it would have the least amount of friction out of all the beys. It might be so little friction that metal flat(if that's a tip) might not have the ability to leave the center?

The oil prevented the rubber tips from gripping the stadium. Also, it seemed like Final Drive couldn't really do anything, the first tip couldn't really do much other than sit in the center, while the attack tip ended up entering a Tornado Stalling pattern, which Pegasus didn't have the stamina to win. Were you trying for a flower pattern there? I could see the weird motion with the second pair. Didn't seem to work.

Now we need flammable stadium (outdoors ofc with safety gears) battles

remember eddiehh, wing pegasus stock combo with rubber flat, beat it with only metal fusion beys (no pre hybrids)

My favorite battle was definitely Pegasus VS Striker Also you should do the most aggressive left spinning bey vs the most aggressive right spinning bey in this stadium with the oil, that would be awesome to watch

The oil on the stadium seem to make every bey take a very agressive behavior. Forcing them center every clash to see which one has higher recoil.

I remember doing this with my storm pegasus before and spiral capricorn (guess who won the majority of the battles) essentially the rf tip acted like a plastic flat, so not really sure i enjoyed it that much your battles were definitley better than what i remember!

100% better to watch and experience. It makes everything so intense. The battle between Ray and Galaxy had me on the edge of my seat!

Hmmm now I really want to see how a metal tip can handle this stadium. If possible you might as well do the 3 metal tips (ball, sharp and flat).

Put some water in the middle of the stadium but freeze it, so beyblades will have deal with both normal friction and low friction . It would be cool to how trajectory of attack type beys changes after going thro the middle. Imagine how the beys that use the flower pattern would behave.

I'm 'grown out' of my beyblade phase(not that i know much about beyblades) but your videos are a treat, really nostalgic to watch and really entertaining. I was wondering if there's an arena with rubber walls, when attack types collide with the walls would they just lose rotation speed or bounce off them acting like a sudden engage? Even if this doesn't become a video idea, I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on this.

The attack beys get more stamina because less grip means less friction and loss of stamina, but the stamina beys lose stamina because low friction disables them to get good grip on the stadium making them lose spin faster/get less stamina. Edit: attack beys also get more stamina because they go on the edges giving them more grip because less oil

Super cool, sometime you could even try out PTFE spray or something like that. Would be awesome to see how it differs

Scropio vs Pegasus r4 was a fun watch. The repetitive big clashes before getting into the middle and duking it out made it feel like an anime fight

I honestly loved the ball tip on rock scorpio and I've been trying to get a replacement for mine for years (it's on one of my best beys)

I remember doing something similar to this back over a decade ago. I couldn't remember if it was either lotion or dish soap but I was trying to figure a way to have storm Pegasus keep its stamina. However, I will say it moved a lot faster and it cleaned the grip tip.

Well, no special move names this time, other than uh... *OV DRIVE!!!!* The best special move of Cyber Pegasus. One of the coolest ones overall IMO. I can definitely say that the clashes here were DEFINITELY just like how attack clashes go in anime. Maybe test Rock Scorpio with Leone's ball tip, and see how that fairs. I definitely think the spiked ball tip affected the rebalancing, so I would say give it a try. ... Wait a minute. If these battles are explosive like the anime, you gotta do Kyoya vs Ryuga, aka Rock Leone vs Lightning L-Drago, in this stage. They were WAY too awesome.

i have a worn out metal spike that acts more like a metal semi flat at this point, an i think it would work great in oil. I'd also love to see a Death (atk) Beelzeb F230 AS in this stadium and how it does against other random combos
