This is really cool. I like your modular box concept, and your technique of bending store-bought grids to form the dish carrier. May I ask if you have had any difficulty with steam or moisture build-up from cooking in the car? Do you have a venting system, or do you find that just slightly opening one of car windows works for you? Thank you.

Well most ppl have these supplies at home. So unless you have to go and buy everything, it’s more economical. And nothing is $1 at the dollar tree anymore anyway.
