I like how this year the rivalry is actually very accurate, I love it. The rivalry’s doesn’t last forever like 2K23

The UI is definitely better and you can tell the AI has improved significantly, especially when it comes to how rivals fight each other when it's a heated rivalry,and also they seem to take advantage of when the managers do something. I expect the AI to actually use the chair when a manager slides it in the ring and distracts the referee, which seemed to never happen last year. Overall this should be very fun to play and watch

I really think they should just combine MyGM and Universe at this point. I switched over from Universe and played much more MyGM in 2K23 and this year will be the same. I’m so glad MyGM got some awesome updates but I feel terrible hardcore Universe fans because this is sooo weak. Combining the sandbox and customization from Universe with the brand competition and management tools from MyGM would make for a an absolute banger of a mode in my opinion!! I think they should figure that out, and then maybe add an extra brand new mode in the future someday since we’d be down by one mode! But idk if anyone else would like that 😅

Okay I got one of my wishes.. that was new match types. Fantastic. Next they really need to give universe mode some attention bruh. It’s the long game for me. It gives the game so much replayability

Quick question, are serious injuries fixed in Universe mode? Basically from 2K20 to 2K23 those who have serious injuries are still available to wrestle while having the serious injury. I would like to know if this is fixed ASAP

No additions at all. Not even show intros . They could have added at least simple backstage interviews with questions.i do not care about more info on rivalries. I just want to watch it all spectator mode and make sense not get info on it.if those are only new things that is nothing positive. Also im kind of annoyed by if its a rivalrie then its a forced cutscene each time even when it not needed

It should be segment based. Each show has a set amount of segments and those segments could be a match, a promo, or a brawl. Promos include superstar in ring talking, but also talk show segments and contract signings. PLEs could be placed on any day of the week and a real calendar implementation. Rivalry actions, but also the old basic run-in system, alongside run-ins from 2k14 would be give so much control. Add on to those run-ins a cash in system that includes different types of cash ins a button press away. GM implementation and segment choices include GM announcement or involvement. Return of show intros and presentation elements.

Technically he finished it and started a new one right before the end of the year mark! It’s just very disappointing that in almost all of these story modes, none of them have the Royal Rumble in it!?! How does that even make sense?!?

Very disappointing they didn’t redo the promo in universe mode how can you set up your fantasy matches imagination??? Smh they did improve but they need to go back to wwe 2k14 and take the create your story mode and go to 2k19 and get that backstage area back it had more depth

Man that is so stupid, IF the person who Rock was supposed to wrestle was Adonis, then in the Universe menu it should say Rock vs Adonis.. And then when you start the match, Roman beats him up, and takes over so THEN its Roman vs Rock. Side note, I would love to see Jey get a title someday, obviously not as a TOP top guy, but a short term champion would be cool imo.

Just scrap this mode and put focus on my gm mode. That mode is lit now and it's getting future updates more detialed. Univurse has been pretty dead since svr 2011 and wwe 13 wwe 12 those was a grrat univurse mode

I wish they let you watch other matches so you could interrupt them and start your own rivalry that way or at least come out ring side to distract the referee

I'll never understand the appeal to Universe mode. It's just glorified exhibition mode. MyGm is where the strategy and fun is at. If they can incorporate some stuff from Universe (like cutscenes) into MyGm, then it'll be PERFECT

Macho T I got a question for wwe 2k24 it’s about us setting a superstars attire to something else instead of their default attire like how Cody wore a different attire for the wrestlemaina match against Roman in the showcase match were getting for that match as an unlockable attire for Cody so we can just use that for exhibition matches cause I know if you set a different attire for a superstar like you could for Cena in the edit superstars menu in last years game I would set a different attire but then his default attire but when I select him it makes where his default attire is automatically selected instead of the one I made default in the edit superstars menu where you mainly set thier attire instead of have their default attire being assigned to them cause I want it to be in the game like it was in 2k19 can you ask the devs for me please I’m begging you
