I would rather stay there (presuming you are talking about Eurasia) than oceania for different reasons. I would stay there because Eurasia is more socialist than Oceania. Oceania wants power and serves the Party, not the people.
Unfortunately Russia, Belarus and the former Soviet republics is the real life Eurasia while China and North Korea is real life Eastasia. America, NATO and other American allies is Oceania.

Thank you comrade. Actually, Eurasia is Soviet Union, and I think you shall put this over a Soviet Parade (preferably in Stalin's era because then the USSR could really have transformed into Eurasia in 1949, if the Soviet dictator decided to turn the satellite states into SSRs).

I think the leader of Eurasia would be father Russia, or Joseph Stalin, while eastssia would be lead by the immortal death emperor. As for the flag of eastasia, think of Chinese symbology symbolizing death.
