I never race good when I'm talking, so in your case you might think bout trying to use that talking energy/thoughts for riding and being proactive on the track, its kinda like your judging yourself and its pulling you out of hyper focus. Notice how your problems tend to compound after you talk about it. You just need ALL the focus. If you think you have ADHD you might be able to tap into the hyper focus easier.
