good for you for letting your child eat all he wants, so many parents restrict food and that leads to bad places. my kids never ate that much but food was hugely expensive anyway. so much of our income (and savings at times) went towards food. now they are going off to college (another huge expense) maybe in retirement things will feel better.

I always hear about how bad thrifting is in AL, like we don't have all the fancy stuff that other places may get, but if you do your research there is still money to be made here, just not as easily LOL

All my kids are going to be big and I have 5! My 2 older girls don’t really eat too much, my sons 11 & 2 can eat. The baby hasent gotten there yet. But my 2 year old will eat ALL DAY LONG. I have to buy those giant boxes of eggs with like 72 eggs and that lasts us like a week 😂 I am also so surprised when people bundle on eBay. I rarely get someone doing it themselves. If they don’t pay you can send them an invoice with the combined shipping from the shipping page, and if they paid you can go in an send them the difference but I forgot from where. Usually I just will send them a message telling them they overpaid and do a partial refund. I think it’s easier that way!

I raised 4 kids who were teenagers in the 90’s and we fed them by raising a garden and putting up every year of corn we could get our hands on, lol! My mom and granny taught me to preserve and/or freeze every tomato, peach, green bean, etc. That’s the only way we could have done it. Then they learned to drive and the REAL expenses kicked in!

The food tangent was hilarious. Giant children!! lol. I have four kids. A couple are big eaters and a couple aren’t. It is soooooo expensive for food!
