okay the tempest staff sucks i never used it before i just assumed it was good

Here’s a fun story: when I was 12 I downloaded Terraria on my iPad and all I knew was that it was 2D Minecraft, so once I got gold armor I thought there was nothing more to do in the game, until I was playing during Easter and killed the bunnies which dropped the summon for Lepus, which I tried again and again, but armed only with a gold sword and bow I got absolutely shredded by it every single time. That frustration led me to search on RU-vid how to beat the boss, and one video said that the musket was a good weapon, so I looked up on RU-vid how to get one, and I was absolutely fascinated by discovering the game’s features, so I started to look up more and more videos, which only hyped me up more and more to keep playing the game. Now, 10 years later, I can say that terraria is one of my favorite games of all time, and that I will keep playing forever, all because of Lepus, so this obscure forgettable boss has the number 1 spot in my heart

If you're struggling to find a plantera bulb, one is guaranteed to spawn each in game night. If you've stopped the spread of your world evil, theres nothing to stop you sleeping in a bed and afking for a while to spawn in a ton.

so fun fact,the fix you had for the destroyer is actually what calamity did to make Thanathos even harder than he already is. (you can only pierce him 3 times)

I think the main reason for this 2:18 is to be faithful to Dont Starve, you can walk pass deerclops, and she has only 1 attack in the game (+1 if it's Christmas) and what being faithful is you need to fight Deerclops upclose and fly over or run past her to give that faithful Dont Starve Experience, plus you get punished if you move that far with Snowballs and Invincibility. but I agree being Forgettable, she doesn't offer that much plus she's a Pre-Hardmode boss which her drops doesn't scale well,

Also tempest staff is not great, it’s ai and arc-ing projectiles make it super inconsistent on airborne bosses, but is a great destroyer/golem or even plantera shredder as they’re pretty slow

10:19 honestly i agree, in my first expert playthrough i struggled so much with Mister wall, i atleast reached to 20 deaths until finally killing it.. then boom master mode after the playthrough, then i killed it second try! The first death literally because of me not extending my bridge further. Really shows how much you can learn lol

I love worm bosses :(. I find it fun to experiment with the best and worst ways to deal with those bosses. Some builds nuke, some do not, but in most cases you can find a fun way to deal with them. Like Eater of Worlds splitting mechanic you can work into your advantage, or the heart abuse from destroyer probes. They are easy bosses, but they can also end up being the hardest, I just love the versatility with them.

The Tempest Staff sucks. Also after hearing you don't play mage: the Nightglow and Stellar Tune are AMAZING.

now do a ranking about Calamity and Infernum Mode

I find queen slime to be so irritating that when it hits its 2nd phase I move to my long platform across the world (which I usually use for moon lord later) and hop on the unicorn mount so I can always be outrunning it and its stupid everythings. Also regarding Nightglow and Stellar Tune, they're pretty good but there are better magic weapons you can get around this time.

Bonus point for empress of light, the remix of the music made by one dude on RU-vid is goated 🐐

Tbh when I played on Terraria on the 3DS Golem was actually a much harder fight than I expected, he was probably the boss I died to the most.

lunatic cultist needs a massive buff / rework tbh. You can get so many great weapons before cultist but they're really not needed for the fight and immediately overshadowed by the lunar weapons. You can just easily breeze through golem and lunatic cultist without upgrading your gear if you want to which is wack.

I'd argue Queen Slime is the worst. OP ass minions, bullshit projectile spam, stupid stomp hitbox, not to mention the telegraphing, just the embodiment of bad game design. Golem is easy, but it doesn't make you rage the way queen slime does.

Since you mentioned the Ninja from King Slime, there's a mod called Block's Thrower Mod which adds the Ninja as a Town NPC since he's pretty essential for the mod's Thrower class. Just defeat King Slime then talk to him so he'll move in to any empty house. (he happens to prefer the jungle, and like being near either Guide or Witch Doctor) (Side note: Just in case if anyone asks it's compatible w/ other mods, yes, it's compatible w/ other mods, especially with Thorium's Thrower class and Calamity's Rogue class. The issues are more on balancing due to the stats from both mods, but I think it might be great for those who hate the Exhaustion mechanic from Thorium)

I’m surprised cultist made it that high . I know a lot of people hate it loads . Despite this it is one of my favourites lore and design wise

odd I usually kill Spazmatism due to his intense aggression near the end of the fight and how it can feel impossible to dodge him especially if your melee (something something contact damage). I actually find it easier to kill Spazmatism while he is still tethered to Ratinizer so his movement is limited and he cant contact damage me to death, then I focus on Ratinizer, as I find his lazers easy to predict, they tend to fire in a somewhat predictable pattern. Honestly this fight just has so many ways to approach it

None of the bosses you complained about being annoying were fought in a proper arena 💀 If you don't adapt to the bosses strength, you won't have a good time. I NEVER get hit by Skeletron Prime's head spin because I know to stay the hell away from him. He will move as fast as the player to ALWAYS position himself above you. You can "outrun" him for a few metres but then he'll match your speed allowing you to keep him to the side, not directly above you. Running in a straight line will make you avoid the bombs that fall, and jumping up and down will allow you to easily dodge his lasers. When he spins he will go in a straight line towards you and this is when you just fly over him to run in the other direction. Skeletron Prime is easy if you know how he works. You do a big horizontal 8 around him and he's done in 20 seconds. TL;DR : run as fast as you can to keep distance between you and Skeletron Prime and fly OVER him when he does his head spin to run in the other direction.

It was cool that they tried to stay true a bit to don’t starve combat with deerclops since that’s literally how you fight it in that game (by kiting) but it doesn’t make it any more fun unfortunately

I feel like The Truffle Worm should be the same with the Lacewing; after Plantera has been defeated it can spawn. BUT one thing I found out is that the Duke and Empress are one of the bosses that new players don't encounter much due to them not knowing how to spawn it. So how about adding a text right after Plantera dies that something RARE is now spawing in the Glowing Blue Caverns and the Hallow just a hint.

12:52 Correction: Defeating Skeletron IS required to beat tge game, because if you don't, the Old Man will override the Cultists spawning, so you can't summon Lunatic Cultist before defeating Skeletron Hence why I defeated Skeletron in my Minimum Bosses run

Fun faact aabout Crimson and Corruption for me.The Red Light remembers me of of a night light i used to have when i was a child and times weren t so great back theen so it kinda makes me wannaa rip my eyes off and the blue is exactly like my LEDs that i use in my setup so ye i like Corruption more tho i hate both when it comes to moving around the world and i fall into one of the crevices

In what world is the Brain of Cthulhu harder than the Eater of Worlds, the Brain gets effortlessly demolished by every class simply by using something with decent knockback.

Deerclops has a major problem, it's entirely balanced around the fact it doesn't despawn upon your death so it's got skeleton amount of health for EoC tier loot. It's pathetic

The only things I generally disagree is destroyers and skeletron primes placement. I dont find destroyer fun and despite it being cheesable, its super difficult when you dont. Skeletron prime is just fun ig. Twins still better and easier than both tho. Also, eye of cthulhu wasnt the first boss I ever beat (I died to it many times but just couldnt do it). It unironically was enraged queen bee at spawn using star furry.

Im pretty sure the amout of pillars enemies you have to kill cutting in half is a tModLoader feature, since I recently finished non-modded playthtough, and I had to do pillars twice, and I needed to kill all 100 enemies again.
