Do you think it would fit an XL REI sleeping pad inside the rack? Because that’s where my Wife would make me sleep if I even thought about doing this? 😂🤣
If I wasn't married I'd definitely be happy living in a garage with just my tools and squat rack. I'd be retired by now and just train every day. The rest of the house is for the women, just give me a nice garage space and a Coop Squat and I'd be set for life
Love to see it! Crazy build, thought out, loads of storage! The Supercar of racks. But what would you do for the 'honda civic' of rack/functional trainers. Would love to see a small space high quality custom rack like this. Maybe 16" 4 post with wall mounted to save on that 6th post but still provide stability over floor supported half racks, having a lat pull/functional trainer attachment would be key, Would you go with stacks vs plate loaded. Maybe safety arms for space saving when not needed vs having a full in rack safety. Would be interesting to see what you would come up with!
Glad you got the surplus strength pulley! Super good idea with attaching it to the rhino, I’d love to see a video of you getting creative and creating options with the surplus strength unit.
Would love to see a video of you loading / unloading weight on the rhino - does not look like it would be quick / efficient to get 45lb plates in and out....

Most times people say they have a "home gym" they mean a Squat stand and a flat bench in the corner of a dark wooden shed. When This guy says home gym, he means it, holy mother of God that's insane.
Hey Coop, does the Vendetta increase the length of the jammer arms? Would you still be able to use the vendatta arms on a rogue short lever arm configuration inside the rack?
Awesome setup Coop! I specifically emailed rogue about being able to attach the bench prop attachment to the rhino. They said that they were incompatible. It would’ve been the icing on the cake to go with the RM-6/monster bench. Instead I opted to go with the Froning RML-4/RML comp bench to save some coin. Hopefully one day they will come out with a RML rhino.
I bought a stand alone Rhino and I was able to drop it right into a RML-690. The Rhino platform has 1” and 5/8” holes pre drilled, which means you can attach the platform to a ML rack without any modifications. Of course Rogue doesn’t tell you that, and even when I called them to ask if it would fit before buying they said they would not recommend it because they had not tested it on a ML rack. The only downside is that the unit only comes with 1” bolts so you’re gonna have to buy your own 5/8” hardware from Home Depot. I also called Rogue regarding their bench centering bracket and they told me they only sell it as a complete unit which comes with the cross member.
I see the amount of plates you have. I've watched your videos about the different types of plates available. I'm looking for plates, but i don't know how many of each to get to be optimal. Can you please do a video "Optimal plate kit for beginner, intermediate, advanced".

I adding this comment cuz it's your most current post but between pins and straps that you didn't cover is if you have multiple attachments to your rack best to go with pins for safety so you can put the pin anywhere otherwise the safety straps better if you have no other attachments plus don't see the pins failing unless you have a million pounds to drop
purchased some Titan keyhole uprights and found that the Rogue keyhole plate storage pins don't fit the Titan keyhole uprights!! What a bummer. Good to know though that Rogue keyhole attachments likely will NOT fit Titan keyhole uprights
How u doing bro. Hey do u know if the titan attachments 5/8 will fit rogue RML-3 rack, i think they do but but 100% sure. Iam thinkimg about buying a RML-3 rack to drop in my standalone rhino. I already have lots of titan x3, 5/8" attachments. I can always buy 1" adapters if I decide to buy the rogue rm 3 with 1" holes... ...iam also debating between the 6 post or 4 post 30" to drop in my stand alone rhino to make a little space in my one car 21x10 garage. I have an Isolator coming too and i want a dedicated upright for it:).. I already have an inspire FT, a selectorized stand alone lat pull down, echo rogue bike and many other things..I also just added a one person ir sauna. With the 6 post rack I will have 2 stations in case iam working out with wife which she does different workouts than I do and i also will have plate storage but I think the 6 post are long🙄 anyways any advice will be good😊
nerd advice for Sam: collect all the weight and put them into an excel sheet. 1) this means the next time coop ask you to calculate something, you already have most of the data in it. 2) if you mess up in the calculations, you won't have to reenter everything 2, 3, or 17 times.

It does fit the ML series rack. The platform comes with both 1” and 5/8” holes. But you’re gonna have to buy your own 5/8” hardware from Home Depot. Trust me, I have a Rhino unit set up on my ML rack
This is not relevant to the video, but it kinda bothers me that it haven't been adresses that GGR was bought by a media company. Even then video explaning the big expansion of staff and more didn't let the viewer know that GGE is now owned by a company. Woud've been nice at it seems to impact the content.
Dude, that squat rack is better than what you will get in 99.99999999999 % of well kitted out commercial gyms 😂 and here I thought I was an advanced African garage gym owner with a squat rack in my garage 😆 Mine looks like it was built with match sticks in comparison 😣
I’ve just started out my garage gym pursuit and bought a bells of steel power rack, I feel trapped with the limitations of a 2.3x2.3 rack with 5/8 holes after witnessing this video and now want a more open platform like this! The UK is so far behind the US and we have to import rogue from Europe which sucks as the second hand market is next to non-existent. Maybe it’s best I don’t as I’ll get divorced.
I’m a wife and the handy one in the family so I’m planning out, purchasing, assembling and installing everything for our home gym. Love seeing these vids as they are great source of inspo and info. Sweet! I made a similar style rack and it's funny, I've used a lot of the same attachments (adjustable pullup handles so I could also mount the UPS, bench prop, etc). I removed the rhino handles and placed the bench prop crossmember in their place so I can use the Mutant Metals handles for weighted dips. I didn't think to place the rhino/jammer handles overhead for weighted pullups though, I will try that out. Some other attachments that are useful with the rhino rack: hip thrust bench, the new monster roller pad, squat wedges, front squat harness, Ironmaster super bench pro (it can slide under the platform), leg rollers, and utility bench.

Where’d you get those dip horns? I know you mentioned in the previous 1.0 coop squat you were going to get a custom set made I think from black widow. Since then they have a pair on their website. Are those the ones you’re using in this video, could the ones they have on their site work just as well either way?

So it looks like this is 4 Titan extension kits, 8 43 inch rogue top cross member items and rogue rhino stand alone? With 4 bottom cross members? I cant seem to find the bottom cross members on rogue's site though.
