Hey Bordeaux, I think as a send off to NCAA 14 and Revamped, you should do the Nick Saban Challenge. Using Alabama, you have to get 6 national championships, 9 conference Titles, 4 Heisman winners, a winning record against Auburn, Tennessee, and LSU, and you have his career of 17 years to do it all. If that’s not enough you could try for 76 First Team All Americans lol. On Heisman of course.
JLY! Romans 10:9 "...be saved"! The answers to your prayer might not always be an instant/direct yes or no! Keep going and remain in faith! Keep going!!!!
@Jenkmode89 Boise State went undefeated twice in 2006 and 2009 before the playoffs were implemented. They finished 5th and 3rd in the polls both those years, due to lack of strength of schedule. The year they went 14-0 they beat Oregon at home (they didnt cross midfield until the 3rd quarter), so I'd say that the smurf turf is the toughest G5 stadium to play at for sure. Definitely not Tiger Stadium level though.
as a Husker fan I am incredibly disrespected… we had the 11th ranked defense last year and are third in FBS in returning production. and yet colorado get top 25 in both categories. they’re really trying to make me not buy this game
@@tonton.- bro these people dont actually watch cfb they just go by who won last year and cant name more than 5 people on the team. any real true fan knows this.
Ngl Michigan def got snubbed in the defensive rankings should at least have been top 3, and arguably got snubbed on offense as well but they are replacing 10/11 starters so I'll give that a pass
The Michigan disrespect is crazy. Defending champs are bringing back the best corner, 2 get safeties, and the best DL in college football with good transfers at LB, and only having a 90 OVR defense is crazy. They should be 93 or 94. And then the offense not even being on the list is criminal. Their offense should be an 84-85 for sure. They have the best development program in the country and have been producing good NFL O linemen for years, so losing 6 is tough but they still have a couple of good guys returning. They have arguably the best TE in the country with Loveland, and they have a top 10-5 in RB with Edwards. Sure the receivers and QB are question marks, but they are still gonna have a top 5 Rushing offense. And if Orji turns out to be even 80% of what Lamar Jackson was at Louisville, they will have the best rushing offense and a top 30-35 passing offense. But that rushing offense alone should have boosted their rating
These rankings are just dumb. Iowa is bringing 8 of their defensive starters back. Yet they aren’t even top 10. Meanwhile 4-8 Colorado is 2 overall below them on defense. Like Iowa won games because of their defense.
I think OU at 12 is accurate amd fair for now. Brent Venables is a defense master. Hes building it, and this season has a really good chance to become a top defense. That signature Brent Venables Defense. Many returning players who contributed a lot last season. Coach Venables has been recruiting his mind off. If OU defense doesn't quite have the depth for this season. It will totally be there next season and into the future. As long as we don't lose too many of our big players, OU will have dominating defense once again. But also, look out for that offense. The pieces are there, its 2 new co ocs, and they can cook. Its going to be a very interesting and fun season for me, OU finally in the SEC! Lets go! I will never get tired of having great games everytime! The SEC badge carries real weight for recruiting defense. Getting Brent Venables just really has helped us a lot for this transition. Its hard to recruit top defensive talent to other conferences most of the best defensive talent goes to the SEC and B10 . The B12 was like a last resort. But yeah, i believe the SEC has already made us better, because we are landing 4 and 5 star dudes. Now we just have to cook
I get marketing, but there is no way in hell UNC should be top 25, maybe even top 30 or 40 defensively. As an NC State fan, it is crazy to see EA put UNC in the top 25 for defense over us with all do respect. We have a great offensive roster for this year, however, we are known to be better on defense then offense.
Am I just being bias or did Michigan get disrespected in all of the ratings. Not even a top 25 offense and our defense is only ranked 7th. Not only that but Michigan Stadium is ranked 16th! I feel like someone should remind them that we have 4 players projected to go in the first round next year.
Absolutely ridiculous that Tennessee and Kentucky have no spots on either of these list. Kentucky is supposed to be decent, like top 40-50, and Tennessee is ranked 12th by a lot of analysts so this is just unbelievable. Edit: offense and defense list.
Athleticism Question: Hypothetically, Do you think Serena and Venus Williams in their physical/athletic primes could have success playing high school football? Do they have the athleticism for it? Why or why not?
Went to the Clemson -Kentucky Bowl game. FYI I’m a Clemson Fan. UK fans did an amazing job creating noise for our offense. Honestly y’all sounded louder than us, which I’m not used to.
Michigan at number 16 toughest places to play is insane. That entire list is kinda screwed up. Here’s how I would do it top five. 1. Penn State. (Whiteouts are just too good) 2. Texas A&M. I’m willing to trust the rankings on this one I haven’t done enough research on this venue 3. Ohio State. The sheer size of that place and the atmosphere puts it on this list 4. Michigan. No. 16 is insane, it’s the big house, enough said. 5. Alabama. that place is always rockin
As a Hogs fan I'm also confused how we made 23rd on hardest places to play... if we actually won games and sold out the stadium, then I could see it. But not in the shape we're in now 😅😅
Tennessee got snubbed on offense and Nebraska got snubbed on defense. They didn’t even lose too many players, yet Colorado which want even a top 50 offense from what I remember passes them? No projection on earth should have them above top 30 on either side of the ball. please, let the modding community save us. Edit: and the ole miss disrespect is *WILD*
Why is nobody talking about the overalls being lower than usual? Before a good team was 90+ but now barely anyone is in the 90s and nobody in the 95+ range
I’m not sure why OU is so low on the offensive side. They have an incredible receiver room, a five star QB, and solid RBs. Just questions about the Oline, but ya gotta trust coach B to get them right
You can smell the favoritism of Tier 1 programs here. The only offenses that were top 25 in yards per game that are in the top 25 in ratings are: LSU, Oregon, UGA, Texas, USC, Ole Miss, UCF, Memphis, SMU, Arizona, Kansas, Oklahoma (48% correct). The only defenses that were top 25 in yards per game that are in the top 25 in ratings are: OSU, UM, PSU, Iowa, UGA, ND, Oregon, Alabama, FSU, Utah, Wisconsin (44% correct). Best home record in last 3 years that are in top 25 ratings: UM, UGA, Alabama, Oregon, Utah, OSU, LSU, Tennessee, PSU (35% correct). It's a joke. If you want to start somewhere, start from last year and consider top returning talents and acquisitions. I get there are factors to playing elsewhere and Kyle Field is likely one of the hardest places to step into and play due to crowd noise and traditions - but take a look at the impact of that noise and those traditions, not surface level nonsense - which is not much impact, if you really read between the lines. Again, if you want a good place to start, start there rather than arbitrarily biasing yourself in favor of programs that paid you more money. I know this seems like a lot to digest and yes it is a lot of marketing tactics, but for a game they've put SO much effort into, you'd imagine they'd be closer than below 50% on all of these comparative ratings.. On a personal note, idk who at Virginia Tech and Clemson paid off on the EA crew, but man it must've been a lot of money when they are atrocious in every single one of these categories.
I’m so confused on why they disrespected Tennessee like this. Not top 25 on offense or defense and Neyland is only 13th hardest to play at! This makes no sense at all
@@Umm-hg9sd Bro I'm a Bama fan and I was APPALLED at the fact that Tennessee got shafted like they did.. Top 25 in both categories and Neyland was quite literally built to hold sound inside of the stadium lol
I’m just glad they are using number ratings rather than letter grades cuz that sucked because being an A could mean they’re A- leaning or A+ leaning but who knows for real
ok i know its just a game butt michigans offence i ranked lower then penn states and it is not even top 25 and michigans defence should be number easly
I know you probably wont see this or reply to this, so if anyone sees this and knows the answer feel free to reply! With the "set it and forget it" recruiting thing from the deep dive, will I need to hit a button or toggle a setting to get it to put in the same amount of hours to the same players each week? Or will it do it automatically if I just sim past the week? Thanks 🙏
how are the Michigan wolverines not in the top 10 they just won the natty they are clearly better then penn state and Notre Dame and ohio is over rated like by a long shot.
They don't really hang around. They put a good roster together every 5 or 6 years, then sorta fade away. Most years they're middle of the pack in the Pac12. Really odd tbh.
