Gosh, this performance is fun and refreshing, and t's so lovely to enjoy it with you. Your point about her style of not changing keys is very interesting...It seems Putri has the equivalent of a photographic memory for sound, or an "eidetic memory". I'm curious how her music experiences and song choices occur: do her parents fill their house with eclectic international classics? Does she surf Spotify, or does she have a more methodical approach? It reminds me of when I was a child being exposed to internationally diverse music by turning the dial on my regular and shortwave radios, and now by clicking around the "Radio Garden" app. I hope that Putri's uncanny ability to blend and riff with diverse music will lead to her create original songs with delicious fusions.

She really gave us a Marilyn Monroe vibe in the beginning but then she went beyond it and showed off her jazz skills with some lovely scatting. I wonder: does she read Braille sheet music? She makes excellent use of the technology built into her keyboard and most of all she clearly has a lot of fun performing this song.
Yes I agree, she brought more vocal depth than Marilyn. She either has braille music or learns by ear. I suspect because her ear is so perfect, she learns by listening.
