YES you’ve got to watch the show!! Varian is my favorite, the boy in the first song. His arc is SO good, it makes him such a sympathetic character and the whole show is underrated. But you have to watch the Tangled movie first, otherwise you won’t understand the show.

Yeah all the songs with Varian and/or Cass are fire, iirc both of their VAs are more well known as broadway stars which explains how incredible their performances are in every song they feature in. Crossing the Line is my personal fav song from the series, highly recommend if you want to do a part 2!

I need to see Jeremy (Varian) and Eden (Cassandra) in more musical stuff, they are such amazing singers 🤩 Also, everyone always recommends Ready As I'll Ever Be, Nothing Left to Lose, and Waiting in the Wings but Crossing the Line is SO good! It's a bit more spoilery (not anymore than Nothing Left to Lose) but honestly, that's my favorite performance in the show, Eden handles the lines toward the end perfectly.

This show was so unappreciated in its time but it still has an active fan base four years after the show has ended! While I don’t know if it will give the same amount of views as some of the other shows you’re reacting to, I would love to see it on this channel The crew had such passion for the story and developing its mythos like it’s bonkers but it feels like such a natural progression from where the movie left off, and it sucks how some people write it off as a corporate Disney money-grab I encourage people to watch it at least for its music, like we have award winning composers and a broadway cast like these people put their entire souls into these songs holy Anyway, I’ll absolutely gobble up anything that can make me feel how I felt seeing this series for the first time, vicariously, and I keep coming back to this video every few weeks just to watch it again

This series is amazing! There were some major spoilers in those songs, but yeah id 100% LOVE watching reactions to this! Just so you do know, its best to watch Tangled (the movie) and Tangled: Before ever after (which is basically a pilot to the show and it sets everything up), before going onto the series. Its a phenomenal show, and Cass is def my favourite character. If you do more songs before the show id reccomend some here (top being most reccomended, bottom being least reccomended but still amazing) -through it all - crossing the line -let me make you proud -view from up here (this one is pretty goofy visual wise, especially without context but the vocals are awesome) -bigger than that -buddy song

This show has a lot of good songs that match the quality of the ones from the original movie. Sure, there are some issues with the plot, but it's still worth checking out. A lot of people went into this cartoon thinking that they were watching it for Rapunzel or Eugene, but ended up liking Cassandra or Varian more by the end. pfft The 2D puppet animation in this series is honestly really impressive. That rotating scene from Nothing Left to Lose in particular must have been really difficult to accomplish. Gotta give a lot of props to those animators.

If you end up watching the series I recommend to watch the movie first, as Cassandra villain arc is tied to something happened in the movie (even tho she was not there but I can't spoil it)

I'm pretty late but i LOVE cassandra and varian (the girl and guy shown) they're both the good people and become villains for a while, but still go back to being good. And their backstory and just personality in general.

Cass (the dark-haired girl) is my favorite character easily. Heck, she's probably in my top 5 out of anything Disney owns, and I'm including Marvel and Star Wars in that. The Tangled TV series is WAY better than it has any right to be. I'd love to see you watch it, but there's an order: first you have to watch Tangled, then the TV movie Tangled: Before Ever After (which sets up the series), and THEN the series. They're all good!
