i love that you arent being too hard on what you rate a 5 star and rating by enjoyment, so many people wanna be stingy with the stars but if you had a great time then thats all that matters!
love your book content so much 🥹 recently read powerless because of you and I literally can’t stop thinking about it IT WAS SO GOOD! counting down the days till Reckless is released!! 💕
Hey Bestie! Just bought my first Abby Jimenez, Just for the Summer, as well as This Summer Will Be Different to read during my very first international trip to Europe for the summer! This is a huge deal for me, I just turned 34 and this will be my first time leaving my continent & the book worm in me is now thrilled you rated these books so highly because now anytime I think of or even just look at these books I’ll think of my EuroSummer. Thanks for rekindling my love of reading 🫶🏼 can’t wait till the cookbook comes out!!
you will absolutely ADORE the seven year slip, as you are in the midst of working on your cookbook I think the descriptions on food is something you will really appreciate. It also has a new york city back drop. So basically you in a book????
This extra upload made my day! I could have listen to you talking about books for hours 🤣🩷 Billionair romance recommendation; the dreamland billionair series by Lauren Asher! I think you will love it 🙌🏻
loved loved loved the shepard king duolgy!!! a found family that you fall in love with, the romance is top tier and such a beautiful and gothic setting
Abby Jimenez is honestly top tier! I just finished the friend zone series. You have to start with The friend zone, then The happy ever after and then Life's too short!!! I can not recommend it enough!!!
Love this ❤❤❤❤ loved listening to your opinions for alot of these books I thought the same thing about them.....and I also got some good recommendations so thank you ❤❤❤
Sophie, you look gorgeous, sweetheart! Happy belated birthday-we love you so much and hope you have a fantastic year ahead. Thank you for your beautiful vlogs and book talks; I love your taste in books. I hope you'll create more "glow-up" videos and share your monthly goals with us. XOXO💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
I discovered your channel through this video. 20 books?!! You're a reading machine!! Very impressive. I'm planning on starting the "Magnolia Parks" series soon. Happy Reading & Stay Hydrated! 😎📚👍
I HAVE A PETETION Can I join your book club online? I WOULD IT IF YOU COULD ALLOW ME TO JOIN cause you, Rachel,George and Liang are some of the booktubers that I religiously follow. I trust all of your recommendations in books
i LOVED Finlay!! but I didn’t like the audiobook either. I related to the motherhood aspect more though because I have 3 toddlers and I think that added something to the book for me because I related to that chaos and it made me relate to Finlay more. it’s one of those books where I have it 5 stars but understand 100% that it could be really mid for other people because it’s a lot of vibes and not a literary masterpiece by any means
Love your book videos! I loved the idea of you and I think it’s getting a bad rap for being labeled a Harry Styles fanfic because they made Hayes more like Harry in the movie than he is in the book (the divorced parents, the story of the band coming together, the tattoos, etc). The author’s talked about how she used boy bands as inspo and 1D was the most popular boy band at the time when she was doing research for the book, so there are a lot of similarities, but it’s not actually based on Harry/the band, so it’s not technically a fanfic. And no hate to fanfic in general bc I do love it, just feel like it’s an important distinction a lot of people aren’t realizing. But do understand it’s not for everyone!
Anyone know if I can read just for the summer first or as a standalone or do I need to read the other two books first? I've heard so many positive things about just for the summer and I'm not a huge romance reader so I kind of just want to skip straight to that one ahah 🥰
You can definitely read just for the summer as a standalone! That’s what I did too haha, and after I read part of your works and yours truly. There are a couple side characters mentioned that are the protagonists of the other books in the series, but they kinda get re-introduced so there’s nothing you NEED to know from the other books in order to enjoy just for the summer. It’s more like fun easter eggs that pop up when you read it rather than a prerequisite for understanding what’s going on :)
I don’t watch your blogs other than your book ones but looked at the one after this and I couldn’t find your update on the book you didn’t finish? I’m only here for the books so not sure if I missed it or you never mentioned it again? Feels like a bit of a cliffhanger as wanted to know your thoughts on it.
