I hope you enjoy this video! Have you read any of the books I mentioned? What did you think? Got a must-read to add to my list? Drop it in the comments! ❤
Great video Kim. Just seen one of your videos yesterday. I am new to your channel. No I haven't read any of the books you mentioned. I'm in the very beginning stages of what I really want to do for the rest of my life. I watched a video by someone else along with this video. 2 perfect videos at the perfect time. Many years ago I took a test to find out what I would be good at. These are the 2 things that stood out to me. 1) I scored really high in problem solving and really low in readings comprehension. For the last few years I have been learning what some really basic words mean it fascinated me. You drop an F bomb on me (FIGUREOUTABLE). Loved it. In high school my GPA was 11th from the bottom. On day a bishop from a church I was attending came to my house just visiting. As we talked he asked me what my interests were. My reply was "everything". He asked me if had ever considered being a teacher. I had thought about it in the past. Knowing how bad my grades were and a few other things I felt like the most unqualified person to ever to be a teacher. This conversation has haunted me for years. After he left I cried so hard. I felt like a huge failure. I looked back on the test yesterday and being an instructor or teacher was at the top of list. The Bible tells me to let the past go and embrace the future. So that is what I am going to do. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
I'm old school, my best, The power of positive thinking, Norman vincent Peale, When bad things happen to good people, Rabbi Harold Kushner, Mans search for meaning, Victor frankel, The road less traveled, Scott Peck, lastly Learned Optimism by Martin Seligman
Atomic Habits is my fav!!! Life changing. I checked out a few audio books from my library as you went through. I just found your channel yesterday. I am a nurse that is a coach in MI. You are inspiring! 😊
To my dearest most precious Kim...it is me again... First of all...I am the universe. Yes...I am the one who created everything, and is controlling everything. I came to this earth, to live...in order to save it, and the universe. I have a lot to tell you...but what I would like to say now is this... I used to believe the saying...that you can be anything that you want...if you put your mind to it. I eventually let go of this belief...after many years of suffering, and also almost dying...simply because I held on...so tightly, to this belief. Now I know...more than ever...that you cannot control anything. Life happens to you...and all that you can do...is go with the flow...of the universe. I love you...Stan ❤
Haters??????? What is there to hate, she's beautiful and smart. Jealous, maybe but hate is excessive! Personally she's smart and pretty, and she has a nice voice!
Hello Dra. Kim Foster, good afternoon! Other great video of yours to enjoy it on my cell phone! Congratulations for your work done and uploaded on RU-vid. Excuse me, are you from USA or Canada?
Hey Dr. Foster, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I was wondering if, given your medical expertise, you could discuss some topics of particularly interest such as: Fighting fatigue and boosting energy levels Aging gracefully, both from the outside in and the inside out Managing mood swings, especially for women Handling emotional challenges, particularly when in pain I believe your insights on these subjects would be incredibly valuable. Please see this is as a mere suggestion :-) Good luck.
The name/label we give this power is irrelevant. What you call it doesn't make it that. What's important is that we know and understand that there is an energy (Spirit) that is higher than us all; which gives us the opportunity to always live a higher experience of life than we're living.
@@LiesbethBenda I was just teasing Dr. Foster because I know she has a great sense of humor with her bloopers. The actual link appears during the final few seconds of this video. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤
