it depends on what you're in the mood for~ but my top favorite manga are horror so i'd recommend - uzumaki by junji ito - tomie by junji ito if you don't want horror but more action/fantasy, i would 1000% recommend - jujutsu kaisen - fullmetal alchemist if you want romance i love - ao haru ride (+ the anime is lovely) - absolute boyfriend

My tip is to prepare yourself. Say you start at 8am. You want to be rested, so go to bed early the night before. Prepare snacks and lunch so you don't "waste" time with that and have you coffee or what ever you drink close to you :)
