I completely agree with how you felt with Every Summer After, it’s a carbon copy of Love and Other Words but I love the conflict and resolution better in Every Summer After and the epilogue was such a great addition it really tugged on my heart strings

I had the same feelings with It Happened One Summer… entertaining but not crazy good. I actually liked the second one better but it was a very similar story. If I could do it over I would read the second one before the first, or maybe only read the second.

I’ve become OBSESSED with your channel I followed you on Goodreads and I’m waiting on tomorrow night to order my kindle. I used to use Nook a very long time ago like 2011 when I was in highschool and since then I started using my iPad. The issue with that is that I work in IT and already stare at screens all day and so coming home and spending hours on my iPad is taking a toll on my eyes 😭 I’m Not old enough to have this strong of a glasses subscription 😂 so any way I found your channel from your kindle video and it convinced me to go ahead and do it so that I can read again without spending too much on physical books 🥹♥️
